Hotel Villa Garden

The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are not at all cramped and planned so as to accommodate a lot of luggage. Staff is very friendly. View from hotel is beautiful and walk into Sorrento is easy.

There is nothing to dislike.

A boutique hotel on a pedestrian only street. Very quiet with amazing views of the bay of Naples.

Property is gorgeous. The views, ground, restaurant and staff are amazing. Since it’s a small property, the attention given to staff is top notch. Can’t wait to go back!

I do not think we can fault this hotel it did everything we had hoped it would when booking.The building and grounds were immaculate and well maintained.The staff were charming, welcoming and genuine.The food was fantastic.Our flight out was delayed the Hotel helped us to sort out our transfer and when we checked in in the early hours Guessepie greeted us immaculately dress which a welcoming smile

The bed was two singles pushed together. For comfort, we would recommend adding a topper to it feels like one big bed.

It’s an immaculately maintained, superbly located family run hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. The pool area is very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast is excellent with great number of choice both sweet and savoury. The dinner restaurant has the best sunset views and again the food as well as cocktails are wonderful. The staff and the family who owns and operates the hotel are lovely and super helpful.

Clean and manured, all staff members are very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast and dinners at the hotel and they were excellent.

Taxi too expensive to and from Sorrento Center, it’s 25 Euros for a 1-2km trip

Location, room, breakfast and staff!

3 nights and this place has become my favourite hotel in the world. Family run for three generations, that latest owners doing their parents proud. Spotless, impeccable service, kind and friendly, made a solo traveller feel part of the family.

Those looking to walk out onto the street and party will need to walk 15 minutes. But those looking for an exceptional stay in the stunning setting of the Sorrento coast… this is it.

We loved everything about this hotel- views from our room , swimming pool and terrace, breakfast room .Stylish decor throughout and attentive and pleasant staff

We were upgraded which was lovely but the room was a bit on the small side and could have had a little more hanging space / hooks for coat/ wet robes We were disappointed the gym was closed but appreciate there had been a flood

So beautiful inside and out. The room was spacious and classy. The breakfast was served with fine china in a room looking out at the water. The tables along the shoreline made for a wonderful happy hour. The staff was super nice throughout. Very relaxing place to stay !

Our room was right off the lobby so although we had a wonderful private patio, it was quite noisy late at night and very early in the morning.

Staff was incredibly helpful! Location was perfect! Close but not too close to Sorrento. Facilities were so clean and spotless. They had all amenities we wanted and food was exceptional.

Wish pool hours were a little longer. Other then that. No complaints. Exellent value and stay!

The hotel was family run and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They even got us some slimline tonics in for out G & T’s, which was so very kind.

No shuttle bus into Sorrento town. The buses are not reliable. Although it’s only 1.5 miles to walk in, I struggled due to back problems as pavements are very small and uneven. No Ubers and the local taxis are expensive at anywhere between 20 & 25 euros each way. Ig the hotel provided a shuttle bus, I am sure residents would be happy to pay for a return trip.

Beds very uncomfortable - too hot in room

The sunset views from here are unreal - no matter how many others you’ve seen in Sorrento from various viewpoints. The hotel restaurant had one of the best dinners of our trip - and we were SO stunned at the breakfast area - absolutely stunning views and food was also great.

Amazing views, location, and hospitality!

The pool area was amazing. The building was stunning. All staff members were friendly and helpful and in particular the front desk who helped us out with taxis, where to go etc. the breakfast and sunset drinks and nibbles were lovely.
