Grand Hotel Due Golfi

The view over the Bay of Naples is stunning. Hotel is well kept, clean and has a friendly staff that goes above and veyond

It is way too far and isolated to be able to walk to anything but offers a regular free shuttle to downtown Sorrento.

Employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided us with numerous options to get where we needed to go. He went above and beyond with his service and his ability to help us get set up for the next day.

The hotel is VERY far from the main town and the hotel buses aren't as frequent as I would've hoped. Also the free shuttle to and from town is not nearly well advertised and I had to pay 60 dollars to get to the hotel from the train the first day.

Great place quiet, and the view is great, also the area by the pool is really magnificent, the breakfast was great also free parking was provided, and last but not least the staff was very friendly

The view and the pool were awesome. The room was very large and accommodating and the breakfast variety was excellent.

While the pool and view were awesome staying on top of the hill presented some challenges. Many tours we were interested in would not do a pick up so far from Sorrento. The shuttle schedule was not very frequent so we only took it on arrival and on leaving. You also had to reserve it in advance and often we did not know what our schedule would be.

The infinity pool was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular from our balcony, the breakfast room, the dining room and the pool area! The food was very good at breakfast and for dinner. It was an outstanding experience with friendly and helpful staff!

I needed to rebook my stay and got a second guest fee that was higher than the original booking.

It takes about 20 minutes to get to Sorrento. There is a shuttle available, but you may have to wait for it. If you have a car, you can drive down to Sorrento, but parking isn’t cheap.

The location is perfect. The hotel is overlooking the Vesuvius and the Napoli Golf and the view is simply stunning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As celiac travelers, we are always concerned to find properties that understand gluten-free restrictions. The staff at the main restaurant, Il Vespero, is very knowledge about allergens and cross-contamination and aimed at offering options everyday of our stay. A really great experience

The property is showing signs of age like the wooden doors ripped, the bedding is not very comfortable, and the shower is very small.

Front desk was great but the rest wasn’t very welcoming, waitstaff around pool made us feel like we were bothering them. For resort prices I hope for resort service

The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff were very helpful and it was super clean. We especially liked the gift of the jute bag in our room containing towels and flip flops for the pool. Well located for Sant' Agata which was 10 minutes walk away with shops and restaurants. Alternatively, great shuttle bus service into Sorrento. We will definitely be back ?

It was a tad expensive to eat and drink but you pay for the views!

great pool good breakfast and staff went above and beyond

The hotel is beautifully scenic, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and very responsive on WhatsApp. The free shuttle to Sorrento was a big plus. The pool area is lovely, everything was very clean, and the balconies added a nice touch to the rooms. Cocktails at the pool bar were a treat!

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. The pool was often too cold to enjoy, and the service at the pool bar was inconsistent depending on the staff member.

We visited in April so we couldn’t take advantage of their pool or outside sitting areas which looked very inviting. We did however enjoy the scenic bar area, which had comfortable seating and views of Sorrento, the sea and Mount Vesuvius. Our room was comfortable and clean and the balcony was lovely, however it lacked privacy. Meals were fine. The Staff was some of the friendliest and helpful staff we encountered. On our second night, we walked to a restaurant a few minutes away that was very good.

The service and accommodations were great. Good breakfast and dinner. We didn't have time to take a swim but the view from the pool was beyond words.

The view is superb. The rooms are very comfortable & the staff throughout the whole hotel could not do more for you.

The location away from the hustle of town is great with a shuttle bus service provided to get in throughout the day. Swimming pool in the summer with new outside bar area is great during the day.,

The whole experience was very good. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff was just amazing, very polite, and willing to help.

Wi-fi was very bad in our room. I had to work for a few days and it was not comfortable to keep moving to the hotel lobby to get a good connection. The hotel is a little bit far from Sorrento center, but it offers a free shuttle service (with pre-defined schedule).

Amazing view and very clean rooms!

The parking spot is outside the main structure, which makes reaching the main structure extremely dangerous as you have to cross the road (without crossing lanes) in the middle of a high speed turn.

Our room was close to the front desk and it was a little noisy in the evenings
