Good location and price. Friendly staff.

A beautiful view! The pool was so relaxing after a long trip! The front desk was so helpful in lining up a bus tour to the ferry and then to Capri!

Sign in the front on the road needs to be lite up better as we passed it while trying to find hotel.

It was away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It was quiet and beautifully maintained

The hotel staff is excepionally accomodating. The view from the hotel is amazing.

The location is quite remote from the town center. You either plan your trip to the center according to the shuttle or take a taxi at the cost of 35 to 40 Euros

We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing but good things to say. The hotel was quiet and very clean. There’s a beautiful pool area which in the summer would be lovely. The staff were delightful and honestly could not do enough for us and the couresty bus saved us a fortune, as taxis cost around 20-25 euros per trip.

We were told shuttle could take us to Ferry but they did not and then had to walk 400 meters to the taxi stand. Would have hired a taxi.

The proximity to the town centre. One had to rely on the shuttle bus. There were also additional charges when transferring to Naples airport as the hotel is not in Naples City centre but on the outskirts of the town centre. We paid an additional 30 Euros as we were on the outskirts of Sorrento

Free shuttle service to town, swimming pool and really accomodating staff.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to shuttle us to the rail station even though it wasn't at a scheduled time. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

We found the bed to be extra firm. A soft layer over the mattress would have addressed this concern.

Location was good and the room was very nice in old fashioned way. Room was large and it had great views towards the sea.

Although cleaniness was very good, there were a lot of antz (or similar) walking around the floor and they were even in my bed. I didn’t mind too much, but can’t say I enjoyed it at all!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a on a hill and the climb up is steep, 30-40 minutes or expensive taxi. If you choose to walk down to town you get an amazing view and also there is many cats on the way if that’s also your thing? But their shuttle to and from town is very useful and a blessing. They even helped me get a ride outside their set schedule for the shuttle and i’m very thankful. You can see the suset from this hotel which is always a plus ? You are served a classic breakfast, bread, eggs, cheese, ham and fruits, even some desserts.

Some hooks in the bathroom for the towels would have been helpful, at least they were missing in mine.

Room was big & very clean , spotlessAlso a lovely quiet location Shuttle bus available, we had a car & parking was free

Beautiful Pool area however had mould in it which should of been cleaned in the 6 days we stayed Staff were ok , the tall mature gentleman at breakfast was the friendliest & quick to ask if we wanted coffees every morning

Room and pool area great Nice to be away from the busy centre of Sorrento Lovely owners gave us a lift to the station when our taxi didn’t turn up

I booked this hotel mainly for the shuttle offered to and from Sorrento. The shuttle worked at certain times but we had to climb up the hill from Sorrento since the shuttle never arrived, even after warning the reception staff that we would be using it at a specific hour. Staff at the hotel was deplorable, insufficient and with an evident lack of compromise with service.

We were placed in a villa away from the main hotel. The view was stunning, the balcony surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Such a pleasant location looking out onto the sea from the hillside where the hotel was

The property was great. It was a little further away than booking.com led us to believe but the hotel put a shuttle service on to ferry us the ten minutes drive down into Sorrento and back.
