Clean, great service and location. Beautiful property!

The location was perfect. In the middle of the center and close to all shopping stores. The best thing about the trip was the staff. They are very professional, helpfull, friendly, and they go way beyond thier job to make you feel comfortable. With all honesty, the staff made our trip so perfect

You have to pay extra for beach club. It should be included in your reservation

It’s beautiful! The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The ground were beautiful and there is so much room to find a private place to lounge and enjoy. The staff was very helpful. We took a private boat tour to almalfi coast and I felt happy, after visiting those towns, that we stayed in sorrento. It’s less crowded and charming.

The gym is really tiny and I wish they had a bigger spa with amenities (sauna etc)

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular, a wonderful way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was very much appreciated. The view was only a little bit obstructed due to the balcony next door. But we had a beautiful view of the pool and the marina.

The property was stunning in every respect. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. The location was perfect in regard to the town center area. Simply exceptional in every regard.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like.

A 15-20 minutes walk to center of Sorrento- but that means it’s quite at night- a plus.

The breakfast and the view were the best start to any day I could imagine. The staff could not have been more attentive.

This property is absolutely stunning! The views and ambience are unparalleled! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Sabrina and Max, who continued to be so helpful and wonderful throughout our stay. The room was beyond our expectations..and again, views from the balcony were stunning. While this hotel is slightly outside the center of town (shopping, restaurants), it’s an easy walk. We stayed at the hotel several days just to relax and enjoyed the most beautiful private beach club and pool. Have to thank Pietro at the beach and pool! He was amazingly attentive and friendly!Truly a wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to come back here someday!!

The only minor thing would be the food and menus selections at the beach and pool..could be upgraded a little.

Clean, elegant and professionally run

Beautiful setting , great location , amazing views and the Pier for sunbathing and the “ lagoon “ for swimming were fabulous.

Fabulous location with stunning gardens overlooking overlooking the sea with wonderful employees! Loved walking in and getting an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Also loved the hotel arranging drivers to and from Naples.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. It was perfection.

The bed - Housekeeping

Extremely disappointing for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. We paid a significant amount expecting comfort and quality service, but what we got was far from acceptable. Room service at 3 AM was a joke — dry, cold, and embarrassing for any hotel to serve. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and we woke up every day with a headache from hallway noise and housekeeping. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting luxury.

Everything was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and exquisite. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful with all of our needs. An incredible resort and a stay we won't forget.

Beautiful view, quiet but close enough to the city center. The rooms are elegant and well designed. Breakfast is wonderful. It is what a European 5 star hotel experience should be.

It was decorated very well, it was very clean and was in a great location. The staff were very friendly, particularly Max, who was always happy to chat when we returned from days out.The view at breakfast time from the restaurant was incredible!!

The view from the hotel room right above the Gulf of Naples was superb. The location is about 10-15 mins easy walk to the centre. The hotel has a very nice garden and pool area which also offer excellent photo opportunities. The size of the room was generous and the level of cleanliness very appropriate for this type of a hotel. Staff were very attentive and accommodated our request for a slightly later checkout at no cost. Breakfast was superb.

While not something that the hotel is responsible for, but good to know for future guests - while the hotel is within a walking distance to the Sorrento train station, the city's cobbled pedestrian paths don't allow for easy dragging of luggage, so better to use taxi - it costs around 25 euros.
