Hotel Cristina

Absolutely clean. Large room with balcony and an outstanding view. Although distant from the city center, shuttle would take guests to downtown or bring them back every hour. Breakfast was great and dinner at the restaurant not to be missed. Great staff.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel. 10/10

Food was delicious and staff was amazing!! Views were incredible.

Shuttle was most cost effective way to get to Sorrento; however, the frequency of shuttle made it difficult to get to places quickly, especially when needing to align with the ferry or train time schedule.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel , very fine room , good bed . The breakfast as well. The hotel is situated up on the hill but they have excellent shuttle to the train station in the centre of Sorrento . You write them via Whatsup and reserve half an hour in advance. They also have garage. So we left there the car for all our tour on Amalfi coast . We left the car for 4 days staying in Amalfi . Parking there was absolutely impossible. The service at Cristina was outstanding

Beautiful views with no obstruction! We stayed in Naples for 3 nights but I would rather spend all my days in Sorrento if we could! Besides the good breakfast and nice restaurant on site; the highlight was the FREE SHUTTLE that goes into town every hour!! Did you hear me say FREE? 8am - 11pm we will book this hotel again!

We had a sea view with a balcony... FABULOUS view! The shower was good and the room had good storage space.The breakfast was good and Francesco is so nice and friendly... he makes a great cappuccino!

The floor in the room didn't feel like it was swept very well. And the bed was a little hard for our taste.The views are so spectacular but that's because the hotel is perched on a high hill overlooking the city. But the hotel has plenty of free shuttles out front.

Beautiful views of Sorrento with comfortable rooms with a gorgeous view of the city. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel Cristina in Sorrento is an excellent choice. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hourly shuttle service to the city was a fantastic addition that made the trip much easier. On top of that, the hotel offers breathtaking views that made the stay truly unforgettable.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The shuttle bus was a real bonus to get in and out of town. The view from the balcony was stunning. The food was very reasonable and very good.

The staff at the restaurants were such a highlight for us! Such amazing people. The place is so clean and beautiful. We loved the views from everywhere!! We will be back 100%!

We wish the bed was a bit more comfy, although common for Europe, so it’s not a deal breaker.

Great location , the breakfast is great a lot of options, the breakfast staff are the best they are very sweet hospitable and provide great customer service , the reception staff the shuttle drivers are great as well will highly recommend staying in this hotel, the free shuttle service to downtown sorrento makes your stay easier the view from the hotel terrace is outstanding 10/10

Everything was amazing, clean and hotel staff went above and beyond for us! They even found a dog sitter to stay with my dog the day of the check out so we can enjoy without worrying about her since it was too hot to take her around. Beautiful views!

Rooms are a bit small, but still comfy enough if you are organized. Restaurant food was ok but the staff was slow, disorganized and focused more on chatting than waiting tables.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Italy. Everything was made easy, from the convenient parking service to the hourly shuttle into the center of town, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming and happy to help with recommendations on what to do and see. The room was very comfortable, and both the view from it and from the dining area were breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is located on a narrow uphill road, which made arriving with a manual car a bit challenging. It definitely requires some patience when driving up to the property.

Very nice stay at Hotel Cristina. The staff are all fantastic. Pool area is nice and the renovated rooms are done to a nice standard. Views from the room or the pool/restaurant are amazing. Sorrento itself is a lovely town to stay in/near.

We were original were put in an older room that shared a balcony with the room next door. We asked to move and the hotel was able to move us after the first night. The new room with private balcony was much better. The shuttle into Sorrento is very useful but only runs hourly, ideally this would be a little more frequent as its a long walk and taxi's are expensive

Bed was not that great and was not comfortable-lots of noise from bed. Food quality for dinner was minimal, we had pizza and the vegetables on it was so limited that we have to ask for additional which they gave us. But kind of embarrassing for a 4* hotel, literally one leaf of Basel on pizza :(
