Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel! From the amazing team, customer service, room, pools, restaurants. They have a shuttle that runs every half hour to Sorrento city center. Amazing views and great location. We will definitely go back!

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. They booked reservations, transportation and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed.

The people that work there feel like they're a family and they invite you in to their world and do everything in their power to make attend to your every need and desire.

View, service, facilities all exceptional.

The spa was a little disappointing. And our rooms weren't together as requested but the rest was so beautiful it didn't matter.

Our room was terrible with a moldy smell and despite of my constant requests to get our room changed the staff ignored us!There was even no chair in the room or a small table!!

Our room was extremely below a five star standard hotel especially for the rate of about 800 Euros per night.I believe that room shouldn’t be offered to any hotel guests with a five star expectation and experience :(

A beautiful hotel with amazing views, a fantastic rooftop, and good pool and beach facilities. The complimentary shuttle was a great bonus, as the property is not located in town and the shuttle is needed to get there.

Despite the hotel’s beauty, the high price tag was not worth the overall experience. There are many great alternatives available at a better value.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The property is beautiful. The service was amazing. The breakfast had so many delicious options. The shuttle is very efficient. We loved the access to the beach club and having a swim in the ocean every day.Didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Pina and the rest of the staff - they were all so genuine- kind, funny- so so friendly!! I could go on!

This property was in an excellent location with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The property was clean and had absolutely fabulous service! The staff were amazing and breakfast was wonderful! The shuttle service was a pus. The grounds was also beautiful. The beach area was breathtaking!

Nice location. Great shuttle that hotel provided to bring us in/out central town.Parking was included and provided.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, everything from the service to the views. This is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Honestly, the hotel has it all, service is impeccable, rooftop bar, pool, spa, private beach all inclusive and a yacht… what more do you want… close location to everything it’s a perfect stay, home away from home but better.

The entire experience at this hotel is 5 stars. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the rooftop bar/lounge with music, and drinks, and small bites, as the sun sets is perfection. Quite literally one of the best hotel experiences I have had. A+ to the entire team!

The food was brilliant, the staff went out of their way and both the pool and beach were perfect for relaxing by. The hotel was very clean and the grounds felt spacious.

A bigger bedroom would have been nice. And it felt a bit competitive trying to get a space on the shuttle into town, so a bigger bus would be good / more frequent buses at peak times.

Beautiful place. Central to town center. Many Amenities from shuttle service to private beach access. Wonderful staff.

Staff was amazing. Food was great. Rooms were big and comfortable. Free shuttle to main area was convenient.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of the food and setting..The main resturant and rooftop bar are a must to include.All staff were amazing and really friendly. Loved the yoga sessions.

All good and transport to take to Sorrento was really well organised
