- Can’t say enough about the staff at the property and how they always greeted you with a smile and always did everything to make your stay enjoyable. The staff and service deserve a A+++ rating.
- The view, daily breakfast, the helpfulness of the staff
Cons -
- Tv didn't work very well
- Free Shuttle back from downtown is great but a bit overcrowded depending on the time. But the convenience of the free shuttle saved $$ and was a nice perk.
- I think if you are staying in Sorrento what you need to decide is whether you want to stay in town or not. The advantage of staying in town is that you do not have to wait for a bus to get to town and you can just step into the city for any restaurants, access to the ferries to go around the Amalfi, Capri, closeness to the train station etc., without having to wait for a bus. The disadvantage is that you are NOT likely to get a view and you are NOT likely to get things such as a pool at this hotel, or the coolness of the mountain or probably the spaciousness of the rooms. In the hot summer months I think that things like a pool and being up on the mountain are going to be a great advantage . In the fall I am not sure they would be such an advantage. If you are okay with not staying in town and taking a shuttle bus to town when needed then I would highly, highly recommend this hotel. They were great and great value. If you the kind of person who likes to stay right in town so that you can just step out into it then this will not work for you. There really is no option to walk to town as its a 45 minute walk down a winding roadway with cars and buses. I did not really like the shuttle bus very much. Nothing wrong with the bus, just the idea that I had to wait for a bus to get into town is not something that I normally would do. In other words this hotel is great if you do not mind having to take a shuttle bus into town. I would also add that the shuttle bus was always on time and available. The service is excellent.

It had Ana amazing view and the staff was amazing they were super helpful, always available, also hada shuttle to go to restaurants and the city It was a very good value
The staff were absolutely excellent. They really cared and paid attention to what you needed and went above and beyond. Definitely feel like they were happy that we were guests at the hotel and were about as welcoming as one could imagine.

Location- complimentary shuttle to town, laundry, breakfast & wonderful staff
Slippery tiles outside after drizzlingDifficulty getting to restaurant nextdoor due to cars parked along street & having to walk on highway when darkNarrow space on other side of highway to wait for bus
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Nice lite breakfast with fresh croissants and assorted items, fresh juice and coffee made to order. The shuttle bus into town was a great perk. It was nice to get away from all the people and look at the view.
The property is set in a breathtaking location at the top of a hill, offering stunning views. The staff are exceptional—always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Breakfast is excellent and made even more enjoyable by the amazing panoramic scenery.
The bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the shower could benefit from renovation, as the tiles appear quite aged.
The stay was great! Beautiful property with grand views of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. The staff was superb. While the scheduled shuttle into town is great and convenient there is no way to walk into town. Staff help plan and book a Capri trip. We took the ferry from Sorrento to Amalfi. Pool was not open because of recent storm but looked like it would’ve been great.
Distance from downtown.
Loved the views very scenic, great stay extremely nice staff and catered to our every request From checking in to checking out. Breakfast was very nice the croissants were so fresh and great service. Rooms were very comfortable. Shuttle bus was excellent perk plus car service to restaurants near by was much appreciated. Well run hotel. Made you feel like family. The H….. Family NY - USA

I liked the view , was stuning and the personal .
The room was too small for 3 person . The mobilier it’ s old and smell ugly . The cleaning in the room was superficial and the towels was to old .Don’t have the possibility to take a European breakfast or to eat something .
I can't say enough good things about this property. The location was perfect and the views were incredible. I don't think there as a bad view in the entire place. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was accommodating, helpful, and focused on giving us a wonderful stay. The rooms and property were clean and the pool was lovely. It was a peaceful place to stay, just out of the fray of the Sorrento city center with a shuttle that ran perfectly on time and got us into and out of town every time we wanted to be there. They had a bar for afternoon and evening drinks and served a wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff also helped me book a few tours around Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The pricing for the tours they booked was on par with every other tour I compared it too and they handled all the logistics perfectly, making our day trips stress-free.
The room could have been a little bigger. I was expecting a 1 1/2 bedroom apartment or a bit more space, but the balcony and kitchenette made up for it. There wasn't a lot of room to store luggage. It wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable, and again the views and the staff made it a perfect place to stay. Honestly, my entire family said we'd return again and send friends there.
The staff as amazing especially Daniella and Giovanni. The staff makes it worth the stay.
Flies and ants in room. Too far from center of town.
Loved the view. Room was perfect for our family with 2 kids. They have laundry spot and they do it for you if you want.they also have a pool which is really perfect for family and kids.Staff are very kind, professional and helpful.
The staff were honest, motivated, intelligent, responsive and dedicated to making every detail perfect. Giovanni, Aurora and Daniele helped with absolutely everything. They arranged dinner reservations and courtesy transportation to fine dining, they prepared breakfast and drinks. They made sure that our laundry was completed impeccably and on time. The views are amazing from this hotel nestled in the high hills of Sorrento. The staff made my family of four feel welcome and pampered. We would stay at this property again for certain.
We loved the staff!! Everyone was so kind & helpful and went above & beyond, especially Giovanni! The air conditioning was excellent!!
Everything was really run down!! There was only a bathroom mirror and one full length mirror which made it difficult for 5 people to get ready. The bathroom sink filled with water anytime someone washed their hands and also smelled like rotten eggs. During our last 2 days, the shower drain backed up and we had water pouring all over the bathroom floor and even all the way to the bedroom. The outdoor cushions were pretty gross. They were basically deflated and so dirty.
The view was amazing, and staff was exceptional, friendly, and so helpful, l love everything in this hotel, and I will highly recommend it to anyone coming to Sorrento ❤️❤️❤️
