- Staff were very friendly and helpful! I had a transfer cancel on me and they were so helpful with arranging alternate transfers. The owner came to greet us on our last day, the care she had for visitors was absolutely phenomenal and it showed through her employees.
- This is a family owned property which has incredible attention to hospitality detail. The owners of the property came and introduced themselves over dinner at the restaurant and were absolutely lovely. The restaurant is spectacular and one of the best meals I have had in my travels through Italy.
Cons -
- Location a bit further away from Sorrento which means it takes a bit longer to get to town for ferries (apart from being further away from ferries, being further away Sorrento is a good thing in my view).
