Breakfast was continental but nicely done

1. The staff was not helpful and gave misleading information2. Had to walk in traffic on via capo a busy road to go anywhere . Walking is unsafe in this area, no sidewalks 3. Shower head was broken 4. Shower was dirty with red mold along the floor

The staff were very friendly and the room had amazing sea views. Excellent room for a very good price.

The breakfast was very good. The staff tried their best when we asked for recommendations. The room looked fresh after refurbishment and the bathroom looked super nice and clean, and was quite spacious for a hotel.

No lift and steep stairs. To be fair, a porter took our luggage to and from our room, so that was ok. The walls are paper thin, so we heard a man on the phone in the next room for 1 hour after midnight. Do not go to the rocky beach close to the hotel, despite the receptionist's recommendation - it is super dangerous to get to the water and out.

Easy shuttle to town. Good breakfast. Friendly staff who were helpful with plans.

The hotel is located nearby Sorrento in a very nice area. It was not very crowded in May which was a plus. Nice and cleaned rooms. Very helpful staff, cool design and location was perfect for a week stay in Amalfi coast.

Parking area. Difficult to park but no choice as typical for this type of land.

All staff are friendly, nice, and helpful! Good breakfast and good cappuccino! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Breakfast is sufficient with many kinds of cakes and also hams and drinks. I like the coffee made by staff and serving to me. The room was very clean and cozy. The hotel also has pretty good location, really close to the bus stop!

Some food in breakfast will be cold if you didn’t catch the early time to go downstairs. It’ll be good if there is a heating facility:). Others are wonderful.

Very friendly staff and Elisabetta was extremely helpful, suggesting places of interest, helping us with bookings, etc.. Excellent views everywhere! Easy commute to town. Great guided tours to Amalfi coast!

The breakfast buffet included an impressive variety of cakes .The breakfast was so delicious and nutritious.You could enjoy breakfast with lovely view of lush green nature outside.

The hotel was pretty good itself. On our way there the views were amazing. Breakfast was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything very clean. Only thing was getting to the hotel. Sometimes the buses took long to pass by. Taxi was expensive and I’d you go walking, there’s a point where you have to walk without sidewalks. For about 4 minutes. It’s doable but can be scary.

everything was fantastic, we received a free upgrade to a sea view room, the room was just refurbished with the bed facing the balcony which had a magnificent view of the gulf and the city! the breakfast was excellent with fresh and delicious pastries! I recommend this hotel, if I were to return to Sorrento I would definitely choose it again

Breakfast was nice, lovely fresh cakes.

The stairs to the room were a bit much but it was good exercise.

It was close to where I wanted to be for those few days

Would have loved a kettle to make a cuppa and an iron.

Cleanliness Breakfast Helpfull staff

Easy and safe way to get to the center was taxiWe took a bus but it was unsafe, no sidewalk, very small road with both way traffic.2 outlet in the room for electronics. Ridiculous small shower ( I’m petite) shower door terribles like window blinds, very hard to manipulated.The tv was like a picture frame, latterly need binocular to watch it very small and up high. Very small room 110 we have two small carry-on, we had to have one on the floor against the door, no space.

We really like the daily breakfast - so much food to choose from - tons of baked desserts, quiches, sliced meat and cheese, fruit, oj, toast, etc. - it was truly amazing and the cappuccinos were perfect.

Well, I didn't know (should have read the fine print and map quested the location) - we didn't book an ocean view room so the one we did book was small, did look out to a garden (not accessible to us) and didn't have a fridge - also to/from town we needed to take the bus or go across the street to the camping place to get a ride into town; which overall wasn't a big deal. The lack of a fridge was the big deal as we couldn't bring leftovers back or have a place to put wine/other drinks to keep them cold. The cost for a Coke Zero (when they had it in stock) was 3 Euros - for a 7.5 oz can - seems very high considering the amount! Finally, there really isn't any kind of soundproofing in the hotel - our first night was difficult even with noise cancelling ear plugs - as we could hear all of other guests loudly returning between 2 to 4 am in the morning. Oh, and I'm sure I will receive a "spicy" comment from the staff after my review:).

The breakfast was lovely. The room very spacious and clean with excellent sea views. The staff were amazing.

No tea and coffe making facilities in the room, however when I asked at reception they provided these for me

Nice view of the sea. Parking was good for us. Reception very helpful for information visits etc.

A bit noisy in the night in the corridor when people return to their rooms.

The breakfast was repetitive, although modest, everyone could find something for themselves

Due to its location right next to the road, the hotel is very noisy, but the problem is the doors in the rooms which do not absorb practically any sound both from inside and outside.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but preferred more savoury hot dishes The noises from others on the floor was loud, especially when they were in the corridor.

Noisy neighbours within the hotel. A more extensive bar option, other than just cask wine and beer.
