Hotel Rivoli Sorrento

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I had a very large, clean and comfortable room. The hotel decor is charming and with only 8 rooms it is very quiet.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast host. He was great! It was clean and a perfect size with two rooms. Very conveniently located as well

We enjoyed everything. Especially that you held our bags for the day we were leaving.

The hotel was truly lovely. Good breakfast, wonderful and friendly staff, paid parking service, and a central location. It was perfect.

Breakfast was an absolute feast and the best and most plentiful of all the hotels we have stayed at through the years. Our Philippine server was the best and so accommodating.

Everything was just perfect, but Fabulous Fabio was the icing on the cake. We have seldom encountered a concierge as warm and friendly as he was. He gave us directions, brought us extra pillows, and encouraged us to feel free to take paperback books from their small collection. An all-around really nice guy who will not be there next time if another hotel grabs him! We hope to have the pleasure of seeing him again!

I had to carry my luggages from the plaza to the hotel since our car can’t pass through the hotel’s entrance.

Lovely boutique hotel with 9 rooms (I think), right in the heart of Sorrento's old town. Big, clean and welcoming family room with a sliding door to a nice size twin bedroom ideal for kids. Friendly and welcoming lady on reception greeted us and told us a few tips of things to do and how to get about. Breakfast was in a little room with a simple selection of continental food and some eggs and fine for what we needed. Possibly too much sweet stuff but that didn't seem unusual.Our rental car was taken by a valet and parked for us at a cost of €25 per day which appeared to be a bargain in Sorrento as nothing is cheap.Great hotel, very convenient and comfy and good value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

Nothing not to like but the bathroom was a little dated and the shower head sprayed out everywhere, but it was fine

The location was so fun by all of the narrow streets. Staff was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious!

This is a charming hotel in the heart of sorrento but minus the noise. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously and it is thanks to the wonderful reception, kitchen and housekeeping staff.

The walls seem pretty thin but this is not uncommon for Italian stays.

Superb location, right in the heart of the historic center, just a block away from the Basilica! So many great restaurants and things to do just within 5 min walking distance. The rooms are good clean and well maintained. Parking arrangements with the valet parking are excellent if you’re driving in to Sorrento - you can drive almost up to half a block away from the hotel and not worry about having to find a garage or park the car yourself. The staff here is amazing, Simona went above and beyond to help us with checkin and local recommendations as well as taking care of our luggage after checkout while we made a day trip to Capri.

Hotel Rivoli is in such a good location. Easy to the main streets and station and also 5 min from the ramps to the port. The staff are extremely attentive, at reception they are willing to help with anything and are always visible and friendly. Breakfast was a good range of pastries and some warm foods. The rooms are very well sized and beds/pillows very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sorrento.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of old Sorrento. The room itself was great and perfect for our family. It was very clean and spacious. Kids loved the breakfast as well.

This small hotel was in the perfect location in Sorrento - a short walk from the train station, bus station and ferry port - and right in the heart of the main town with narrow pedestrianised streets full of little shops and restaurants. We had a 2-bed suite which offered enough living space for a family. There was a small balcony and a roof terrace with sea views which could fit a couple of groups. The beds were mostly comfortable and the room was clean and there was a minibar which was useful to store milk and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to book a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price (cheaper than I could find on-line).

The beds in the second room were quite small for my adult sons, but would be fine for children. The air-conditioning wasn't working - which wasn't a problem as we didn't need it. We were told it was going to get fixed. The breakfast was made in advance and not topped up - when we arrived slightly later, we discovered most of the cooked food had gone - but that comes with staying in a small hotel.

A beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely staff and a very helpful owner who helped us with everything, from day trips, ferries and train schedules, to restaurant recommendations. Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds. We would love to return one day!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel as being a boutique hotel with 8 rooms all aspects were great . Very clean,comfortable, close to everything including transport,shops,the water and port with transfers to Capri,Amalfi. Staff were excellent,friendly,informative ,everything you require in hotel staff. Would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was limited but had all the basics needed.

It was conveniently located to the market area, as well as meeting points for many of the tours.

The glass staircases were beautiful but visually unappealing for people who are afraid of heights if they plan on walking down. But there is an elevator.
