It was clean

The toilet button kept sticking. The beds were not comfortable.

Location is south and above downtown. Too far to walk from port realistically although that's exactly what we did to get there as we had no luck in getting a cab. Hotel provides an hourly shuttle to and back from there town. Overall hotel is good and staff were friendly and helpful. Provided daily breakfast was surprisingly good.

Hotel provided a shuttle bus into Sorrento town. Staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Good choice of foods for breakfast. Good WiFi. Seating area on roof top was great (bar out of season I assume). Rooms cleaned daily. Double sinks and double shower with relaxing lights.

Picture showing sun loungers on the rooftop is attached to a room and not available to everyone. Requested a double bed but had two singles pushed together - very uncomfortable. Room with a balcony was actually a patio which wasn’t private at all. No kettle in the room.

So...first of all ... We booked a room with a balcony in the hotel but they provided a room in Anex of Hotel level 0 with a view of bushes and ants. Strange Hotel non stop cleaning but always dirty , no Tv in the Room just the antenna cable of tv alone...the smell from the toilet the nice Smell of Cabbage from sewage aiaiai Mama Mia I MiO Dio ! The furniture of the room from the age of virgin Grandma... About the road to the centre and transfer ...let say it was ok Poor Senore Eustachio Super Hero of Trafic. Tui Blue part of Grand Tui Conglomerat in Turismo invest and make some Real 4 Stars! And the noise and Acustica aiaiai...

The beds were uncomfortable and it was a further distance from the town than we realized. Breakfast was only okay with odd tasting coffees.

Food was nice, good location.

Tiny balcony we were unable to sit on as it was so small. Bus times aren’t the best, 5pm was a bit early then no bus until 8pm and you can’t get the bus unless it’s pre booked so was restricting

Would have been good if tea and coffee making facilities were in the room.

It was a good location for the price and the breakfast was great considering it was included.

We were told we would get 10% discount to maya beach experience so we booked it. I asked at reception how we get the discount and he said show the email when we get there. I did this but was told no they don’t give discount. The toilet seat in the room was broken. The safe did not work and had no instructions. The terrace wasn’t private and had people walking past all the time. The beds were two singles pushed together so kept moving apart. We asked for a taxi at 5.20pm and the receptionist told us ‘don’t be late’ so we arrived promptly however the taxi was then 10 minutes late which made us late to our booking that we had.

The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The lemon garden was lovely but would be nice to have longer hours as most trips come back just as it’s closing at 2.30pm. The rooms were a good size and the roof top area is a nice touch if it was clean.

The property is in need of some major TLC and atmosphere. The furniture is all badly chipped, the cleanliness is in need of improving. The pool tiling was extremely dirty so we did not use the pool. There were 3 hot tubs, one which wasn’t filled with water and all the others were cold and not working. The reception staff, particularly the lady, was extremely rude and not helpful. The courtesy bus is a great way of getting into town however it did not show up to collect us in the evening. There were 10 of us waiting, all booked on, and when one lady finally got through to the hotel we were told to find our own way back on the local bus. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is extremely poor, unwelcoming and not a nice place to sit and have a drink. I am extremely disappointed, this was a trip for my husbands 40th and it really did ruin our trip, in-fact we would of booked a different hotel if we were staying any longer.

It was clean and staff were great and shuttle was very easy to use thank you Eustachio!

It was a little far and not walking distance. About a 15 minute journey by bus/ shuttle.

The bus stop is right next door, and the bus takes you to the center of Sorrento and also to the train station to Naples. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food and the staff were very attentive. Clean and comfortable, def recommend.

The first towels we had in the room looked a bit old, maybe its time to replace them. Its just a tiny detail.

If you’re not paying for the views the rooms are very simple and a little old fashioned.. but still enjoyable

They do not accept kids at this hotel. If you plan to go with the family, you need to leave the family at home. The hotel had mold and damp odor in the room. They didnt want to switch us to another room until after much complaint

The staff were lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. The staff put on entertainment each day which is nice and a decent breakfast. The connection with Maya beach experience was great.

The property is very unkept. A lot of maintenance needs doing and refreshing. The bar area and main reception are lovely. The pool area is nice but the rooms and other areas do need some upkeep. Also it is quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in - we had a deluxe room and the king bed was two beds pushed together - but different heights and so uncomfortable. Was not good at all.

Disappointed stay.

-very noisy, almost impossible to sleep at night. No sound proof. -very bad WiFi and absolutely not network. The only possibility to have access to internet was to go near the reception desk. -the shuttle to the city center was convenient but not much time slots and often some of them were deleted. -Absolutely does not match with the photos of the website (same inside and outside). The hotel seems to have been renovated 10-15 years ago and since it seems that there is no care of the facilities, rooms, pool etc.

Staff were friendly, drinks at the bar were moderately priced and the buffet breakfast was tasty.

Booked an Ocean View room for our honeymoon but our view was obstructed by overgrown trees so there was no ocean to be seen. I asked if we could swap rooms and was told they were fully booked, however there were clearly rooms still available when I looked on booking.com. Furniture was old and outdated. Pillows were thin and lumpy. Pool closed at 6pm even though it was still hot and sunny. Courtesy shuttle bus into town was helpful since the location was further out of town, however it didn’t run between 5-8pm when it was needed most. So you had to wait long periods for the public bus or catch an expensive taxi.

The facilities were great. The lemon tree garden was so peaceful and beautiful. The roof garden has amazing views of the sea, Naples and Mt Vesuvius. We availed of the shuttle bus service at lot, which was great. Our flight back was cancelled, the staff did everything they could to ensure we could extend our stay and arrange airport transfers to Salerno. We were so grateful.

Not a lot of atmosphere in the bar area. Very quiet. But that might suit a lot of people. The food was average, not amazing but perfectly acceptable when you didn’t want to venture out

We loved our holiday at The Atlantic Palace. We were staying in the annex building and our room was beautiful, very clean and with a nice distance view over the sea and Vesuvius. We especially liked the large bathroom with beautiful tiles, double showers and a nice ceiling lightning. The staff is wonderful, kind, considerate and service-minded which made our holiday extra special. Thank you Atlantic Palace for your kind and warm hospitality.
