Location is perfect. Staff is very professional , nice and very accomodeted. Very Good breakfast. Pool is great plus. Staff was very helpful with orgenizing our drive back to airport.

Bads and specialy bad pillows are very hard.

Great stay for a honeymoon

It was stunning - I am not certain I could have handled crowds in the high season but as it was - I loved this hotel. It was centrally located and it was gorgeous.

Nothing other than our neighbor who woke up to a zoom call at 5:30 am.

The hotel enjoys one of the best locations in Sorrento, right next to Piazza Tasso. It is within a short walking distance of the promenade, the harbor, the lemon pedestrian street, and the train station.The breakfast is wonderful and offers an excellent selection of cakes and desserts, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. The breakfast area opens onto a charming garden filled with citrus trees, creating a particularly pleasant start to the day. The dining room staff are kind and attentive, with special thanks to Rocco, who made our experience especially enjoyable.The public areas are somewhat dated, but the rooms themselves - especially the bathrooms - have been renovated.We arrived to celebrate our honeymoon and were upgraded to a room on a private floor with a large balcony.

If we had to point out one minor issue, there was a small wall-mounted vent in the room that released air every few hours, which caused some light noise. We haven't informed the receptionist about it since it did not disturb us.

Perfect location just steps from Sorrento’s main Piazza Tasso. Our room with balcony overlooked stunning plunging ravine, beautiful gardens including Sorrento lemon grove and swimming pool. Beautiful, spotless rooms and baths. Included breakfast of house made pastries, fresh fruits, eggs, local sausages, etc etc. Was scrumptious daily surprise. Staff was cheery and so helpful. Luxe days near best restaurants, close by public and private transportation and port boats and ferries, in the heart of charming Sorrento. Daily easy ccess to Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Ischia, Amalfi Coast and all the beaches.

Everything! Would absolutely recommend hotel and its prime location in the heart of beautiful Sorrento, and its accessibility to all the area’s historic and beautiful sites.

Beautiful hotel. The room was amazing, super comfortable and location was also great! Close to the train station and the restaurants around is so good. We loooove the breakfast. I'd stay again, highly recommend. P.S.: Fauno Bar, it is a wonderful restaurant. If you stay, go check it out. We loved their food!

Location for both exploring the city and acess to the train and bus connections

Location is PERFECT, very close to center of town, as well as bus tour meeting locations, restaurants, etc., yet when in the restaurant / pool area at the rear of the property, feels like you are miles away from the rush of the town...quiet, serene, peaceful, and the fruit trees (lemon, lime, pomegranate, etc.) in the garden area certainly help this feeling too! Location is right at the fringe of the ZTL, as long as you are careful and take the correct path, no need to enter the ZTL to arrive at the hotel.Every staff interaction was positive, from the first step inside the door, until we left...great people!

Honestly, nothing! Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is adorable and in a great spot. We checked out before we got to use the pool but really wanted to. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. The night bartender was such a hoot too!

It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. It’s a short walk to restaurants and the train but it’s just removed enough to be very quiet.

We liked the location Sit back away from the crowd and has a cozy garden and beautiful breakfast with outside sitting. The staffs are so friendly

This was an amazing property. Very very clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. It was super quiet yet close to the town center. The staff was fabulous. It was an amazing place to stay.

Everything is very tidy, it is a very nice hotel, the swimming pool and the garden are very nice as well as the room and bathroom. Staff is very kind, very good breakfast.

Our room was very dark.

Great location. Excellent staff. Pool was great as was the breakfast. We were able to get a last minute reservation there. They provided us with a bagged breakfast when we had to depart early to catch a flight. Would definitely stay there again.
