Nice room; private balcony; nice mountain view

No hot water; spotty wifi; VERY noisy party for locals on floor zero reception room I could hear til midnight on floor 4 (5th floor)

Anna from the front desk was above and beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable and passionate to answer any questions. Rest of the staff were polite, but just did their job. Rooms very clean, although bath towels were very thin and dry (like sand paper). Private parking was excellent.

Rooms are on the small side, and no closet space. Luckily it didn’t rain much, otherwise our clothes would be drying next to the bed.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room and the whole hotel were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very delicious. You can even book a boat trip directly through the hotel and they take you and leave you right before the hotel.

Good value and decent location.

The front office staff was not the most friendly except the lady with the glasses. The hairdryer was horrendous and no iron or ironing board in the room. Slow elevator.

The shower stall is a bit tight and may be difficult for larger people

The room was small, the shower was tiny, without space to move, the towels were sometimes rough. And the price was too high in comparison to what we received.

Good location, good breakfast

There is no insulation between rooms. I heard every little noise that happened in the rooms around me. It was like they were inside my room.

The room was lovely and comfortable and super clean. The balcony and view were fantastic. The pool was chilly but really nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help and we really liked it and would definitely come back.

The shower was super small, but it did have water pressure.

Good location, within 8 mins walk to historic center. Clean, well maintained facility. Away from traffic and quiet.

No bar service. A bit pricey for the type of rooms they have in September.

Location was great and the hotel was super clean!! Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the quiet location in respect to downtown traffic. Walkable to every popular spot.

Loved the pool area. Easy walking distance to all the sites.

More warm breakfast options would be great for those who stay more than one night to give a variety.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and it feels newly renovated. The pool in the yard is amazing and available for all guests, which we really enjoyed. The location is perfect just a 5 minute walk to the old town and Piazza Tasso, yet the street itself is quiet and peaceful. Our room overlooked the mountains and had a cozy balcony, which made the stay even more special. The beach is only about a 12-minute walk away, but on days we didn’t feel like going, the pool was a great alternative. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and breakfast had all the important options covered. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
