Seven Hostel & Rooms

It was hard to find, GPS directions took us to a blocked street and we circled around for 30 minutes before we could get there due to the one way roads.

Clean, on the water, beautiful decoration, staff was kind.

Shared bathroom can be difficult sometimes but this is expected in a hostel. My stay was great and this is the best hostel I have been to.

Affordable. They have pretty many bath boothes.

I felt it's bit old. My locker was broken so I needed to put my backpack to my friend's locker.

I booked a 12-bed dorm because no other room was available. The breakfast was good and free, but the room was not. It was crowded, smelly, and I even found bed bugs in my bed. There was rarely any soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. I also told the staff, but they didn’t respond.The hostel is quite far from Sorrento. If you want to visit Amalfi, Positano, or Capri, you have to go to Sorrento Station first. It’s better to stay near Sorrento Station because the train can be delayed or take a long time to reach there.

Staff were so nice!

People do not respect after midnight. The restrooms in the room were not so clean. It could be more comfortable in that area, like supports for the soap and shampoo or a place to leave the clothes while we are in the shower.

The place is well located, public beach nearby and also train station, one station away from Sorrento

The bedroom wasn’t clean at all, dirt on the floor and also ants

We really enjoyed the rooftop social area and budget friendly food. The staff was wonderful.

Private accommodations were very cramped but we made the best ofIt.

It was actually my first hostel ever, and it was fun in that sense. My wife, daughter and I got a private room with 5 beds. They had a great party terrace with a nice view, food and drinks targeted for young travelers. Would have been perfect for an earlier time in may life, but not really a family oriented place. No complaints though. Nice stay.

Parking was a bit tough, but manageable. The walk to the main beach and restaurant area was about 15 min. Not bad, but was a little long for tired travelers.

Breakfast was really good. The room was preety clean.

I did not like that the bed did not have any curtains so any body that passed near you could see you sleeping.

On site restaurant was reasonable and location was good. Room was very basic and shower rather small, but we were grateful for the cleanliness and quietness after an overnight flight.

The service was so terrible I had to cancel and book another property, which obviously cost me. When I asked for a refun

It was easy to get to train stations nearby and the area felt safe. Staff were friendly and shared info on good places to eat/drink/great views nearby.

It was ok staying in a dorm room because it mostly depends on who else was there. I was very lucky everyone wanted everyone else to have a good stay.

There are cabinets, but no lockers.Toilets had missing/broken seats and were always dirty.

The view from the rooftop was the best and I also liked having my own little balcony. Other than that, not many nice things to say.

Where to start? I stayed in a private room and all the soap dispensers on the walls were empty, they provided you with two little ones at least. There was a link sent by the property before my arrival with the pretence of an extra step to confirm the reservation (otherwise my room was at risk of cancellation) and that ended being a scam of 1K USD that I am currently disputing with my bank (not a single soul at the hotel said anything about it, matter fact when I called they said that it was MY problem and I should take it with Booking). The walls of the room and the towels were dirty with marks, some of the staff was nice but most of them made you feel like a burden when you approached them, the location is okay if you have a car, otherwise be ready to be far away from everything and endless walking.

Main complaints would be cleaning needed in men’s bathroom, not sure about women’s. No soap in bathrooms or at sink areas. Breakfast is pretty bad but I guess it’s something. The sheets were stained and bed was pretty old in my first room. Prices for drinks in lobby were high for a beer but there are stores pretty close by,
