Outdated. Jr suite is more like a regular room with a balcony. Staff was just average

The hotel is in a great location. The best part about it though was the friendly and great customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in until we left. The staff was amazing!

The room was small. Not much space even for 2 people.

Bathroom was not maintained properly. Toilet button gets stuck and flushing was difficult. The shower door only covers half the tub with a gap on the bottom so it leaks out of the tub and out of the bathroom. The room was small for a family room..

The hotel is great. Public rooms are spacious and well appointed and my room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best thing is the breakfast - Fantastic! One of the best buffets I've seen.

Only thing I can say is I was under the impression the hotel was right on the clifftop. It is on the clifftop but not on the front so no panoramic sea views.

Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants. Located on the Piazza della Vittoria with beautiful view of Vesuvio! The rooftop bar was amazing!

The restaurant was full the first night we got there. I asked the head maitre to recommend another restaurant.He wrote down where we should go, what to order and what wine to drink. it was excellent. so good we returned the next night.

The ocean view and our room

I think for the breakfast buffet, you should offer less and make what you do offer more grand and make sure there is enough. Each morning there were empty plates that were not refilled. Less is more sometimes. We still had a wonderful breakfast however.

The morning breakfast was excellent. It was in a beautiful room with many selections, well presented and accompanied by a piano player.

The shower was awkward and the pool could have been warmed to a mild 85F

Perfect location! Peaceful and quiet, right next to a beautiful park with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Just minutes from town, making it both relaxing and convenient. Beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant! Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

I wish they informed us they have a hotel lift. We walked all the way up the cliff with baggage.
