Hotel Zi' Teresa

All staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The bathroom was newly refurnished and very clean with plenty of hot water! Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Great location!! Just minutes away from the train station and city center.

This is a decent hotel with friendly staff and near the station. Rooms were fine and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

At times there was some late-night noise/singing from the restaurant opposite (not in the hotel's control)

Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs a bit runny but it is Italy. over all it was good, shower is way too small for adults

Location was very good. The cleaning staff and breakfast/bar staff were excellent.

The beds were very firm. Not what you want for more than a single overnight stay. The pool temperature was very cold. A keyless door system would be a nice upgrade.

Beautiful roof deck and a nice pool. The property was clean and close to the city center.

Position

Very disappointing to be charged an extra $ 65 per night for a baby cot. I asked for a recommendation for a hairdresser, but the staff never got back to me, and there was no effort to help.We were travelling with my son & family at breakfast he ordered 2 eggs & was refused until I stepped in

The location was very good, at a walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops

I didn’t really like anything about this place.

The man working in the front desk when I arrived was less than friendly and not very accommodating. Another worker at the front desk was however friendly and that’s why I’m not giving an even lower score.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The pool was an added bonus and the balcony space was key. The location is great too.

Everything was great!

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well.

The hotel did not receive my request for two single beds. (This was okay, since we pulled them apart from a double bed ourselves.) The air conditioning did not work either; this was okay, since the weather was cool (we just kept the window open).

My daughter got badly burnt in the shower, asked to see the manager and was told they were not there, explained what happened to receptionist and his response was she must have turned it up!!!! This was not the case the water was at a warm temperature and while she was washing herself the water turned boiling resulting in her burning her leg, the man on reception did not care and neither did the manager as I asked the receptionist to get him to contact me and he did not bother

Clean, good maids and breakfast wait staff.

I booked 3 rooms and paid alot of money. 2 rooms had nice location and view on 5th floor. My original room was a floor lower than my childrens and a view of tenament bldgs. They moved me on my 2nd day. Had to argue to get pool open. Opened on 2nd day. No bar open at pool entire time. Roof top was not open. This is April 20 - 26 with good weather. Never received credit for my daughter leaving a day early, in spite of the fact that both the hotel and booking .com were notified of this change. This change was due to her flight being changed by Airline. Minor issues with internet and tv.

Nice Hotel. Well Maintained it was a Great Stay. Near from sorrento Train Station. Staff Very Friendly and Helpful. The complimentary Breakfast Was Very Good. All over its Very Nice

The staff that we met were very welcoming and helpful.Breakfast was good and as we were the last ones in the restaurant I appreciated the staff asking if we wanted anything else before they started to clear up at the end of the breakfast period.The hotel was ideally located and easy to find from the railway station.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Everything was excellent, cleanliness, location, tranquility, luxury and the breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel with decent rooms and nice balconies. The location was ideal for getting around town and the station easily. The breakfast was great, pool lovely and the view from the roof terrace stunning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Maybe a slightly bigger selection of hot food at breakfast was scrambled eggs plus sausage or mushroom. This is all I can think of and more of a suggestion than something I didn't like.

Had a lot of ants in our room-woke up in the morning with them in the bed. We had no food in our room.It wouldn't put me off staying again though
