It look fancy but the...

The rooms are old, the controles the air conditioning and the noise was annoying while we were sleeping. For the expensive cost it doesn’t make sense the bad condition of the facilities

Only the secure overnight parking.

Dinner was so bad and also attitued so lady and bad. They are careless for guests preferancy and belives..Same issue at the breakfast and more..The rooms are old and not good furnish. Amanities there are not or so small, wouldnt use..The staff so rude and agressive

The beds were comfortable, the pool is nice, and the restaurant staff were adorable, it was really good.

The desk person weren't welcoming, gave no information whatsoever and we really had to dig to get a clear idea of anything. Only 2 irons for the whole hotel, couldn't iron before wedding, ac isn't manageable from the room, empty soap dispenser, no place to put the soap bar it ends up slipping into the sink. It's not really in town so it's good if you have your own car, otherwise you'll get sick of calling for taxis. Didn't feel like a 4*, but whatsoever ok for a couple of days.

The hotel itself is clean. It's somewhat outdated in design, but comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff were OK - reception were efficient and nice enough, but not particularly warm or friendly. It wasn't the customer service experience I was expecting. The staff in the cafe were OK. The pool was lovely and the actual hotel was pretty. The hotel was at the far end of the town and it was a long walk to restaurants other than Pizzerias. Some places you cannot walk safely to and need a car or cab. The beach is not walking distance and that was a real disappointment as a cab there cost 30 euros each way. Buses appear to be unreliable.

The restaurant was not allergy/vegetarian friendly. My daughter had limited choice. It was quite a noisy hotel with lots of events in the evening. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. This was not a 4 star hotel in my view. I didn't like that reception kept my passport.

We had a problem with A/C , we told them, but they don't come to fix it...

Stellar staff response to a problem The director even came out to ensure we were happy. We were! That's why I am giving them a 10. This is an excellent hotel for the money with a spacious room, big shower, good AC, parking, a pool.

It’s a relatively big proper hotel, with most facilities (pool, restaurant, dry cleaning, reception). It’s on one of the main roads about 8-10 minutes by cab from the train station. Breakfast is nice and staff were friendly.

Fitness centre facilities cannot be used without a personal trainer at limited times and further costs.Choice of breakfast is limited.English is very limited.

We stayed there for one night and everything was fine. The room was big, food at the restaurant was quite good, pool and kids playground were nice.

It was quite noisy at night, may be just a bad coincidence in our case.

you can say we loved everything , the make our arrival welcome , the lady at the front desk got out and lead us to our room and showed us the pool and other utilities at the hotel, the room was bigger than our need and was cleaned daily with now towels, the rooms are with air-conditions and the pool was a foot step from our room , in the morning there was a contour breakfast with cappuccino in demand as we liked as much we asked . overall it was a delight to stay at san luca hotel

Hotel is located middle of nowhere, if u dont have a car, dont even think about to stay here.

A really first class restaurant meal here, and a good breakfast. It should have been a really good one-night stop...

This hotel would probably have been great if there wasn't a wedding on - which meant we couldn't access the gardens or pool, and were given a quiet room at the back, but with frosted glass and no possibility of opening the window more than a few centimetres. We were offered an alternative pool 'a few metres away' but it was actually 3km away and we couldn't face the extra drive.

Property was very clean and beautiful. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The check-in staff was very helpful to answer all questions and made the process very easy. The restaurant staff were memorable Pietro, Morgan, Claudio and Genaro treated us more like family than guest. All around best property in our 2 weeks in Italy. I will come back !!!

Clean, comfortable, free parking, lifts, restaurant attached, good breakfast, helpful staff, everything you would expect from a nice Hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

The room was very clean.Private parking.

Lifts sometimes did not work well. Little variety for breakfast. Parties/Events/Weddings every evenings - little noise.

A well appointed hotel and nice pool, once the children were gone at 1:00pm. The staff were friendly and helpful; however, the quality of breakfast was poor. The rooms were large and well maintained.

The breakfast was really poor but didn’t detract from the holiday.
