The accommodation was good, the room was large, clean and organized.

The shower water didn't drain easily when we showered; it seemed like the drain was clogged.

Excellent location close to the airport bus and right next to the center. Nice hotel, friendly staff, everything clean, pleasant, beds comfortable.

Liked the staff, breakfast, my room was updated so although smaller was nice.

My family’s room was older and had a bad smell. My room did have some ants but I told the cleaning lady. Breakfast should be served until 10:30 or not rushed to clean up when 9:40 comes around.

We only stopped for a night's sleep on the way from Naples going south, but it was very comfortable and the staff was super nice (though their English was not great). The breakfast was also very good, compared to many European hotel breakfasts. Simple but had everything you could want. Bed was comfortable. We paid 7 Euros for parking that we reserved before arrival. This was lucky because it didn't seem like their was any available parking in the area. The garage is super tight, but one of the staff parked the car for us (...it was a real "Tetris" job...).

Small lift

On all my trips to Europe, We always use this hotel. as our first hotel stop. Very good breakfast . Super clean. Excellent service and best of all a good safe garage with lift access to reception and the room. I thank all the staff for the great care and welcome.

The hotel is very clean, the room including the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed.

We had an issue as there was no hot water in the shower. We complained twice and it was resolved on the last day. Also, a kettle in the room would have been convenient.

the welcoming of the reception even at our late arrival, almost 22:00, and flexibility In adjusting our rooms to meet our needs, which I had not booked as I should have. Also providing somethingfor us to drink at the bar while waiting for the room to be prepared.
