- Very bad Experience I wouldn’t recommend it because of the really disrespectful staff
Cons -
- Breakfast should have more options. It has just croisants, jam and fruits
- The shower get floods a little bit if you open the shower a little bit strong.
- Not much because of the rust on the shower and the staff was really disrespectful to me, only because I asked if I could pay at the check out.

Location is good, 5 minutes to the train station.Rooms are clean, spacious; extra pillows and extra blankets if you need; air conditioning largely sufficient for room's heating.Staff is friendly and helpful.
Shower too small; if you need the hair phones you have to ask.Very basic breakfast, good pastry; the salty part is missing.
location was good
bathroom small, shower leaked and when we informed the manager he said he knows!! just not good, also had a bug (cockroach) in room
Very Bad
The bathroom is too bad, and I didn't feel comfortable with the room. the room is too small and the facilities not werth for money. No good wifi. the breakfast is bad and the building is too old. and I didn't see any 3 star facilities in this hotel. I asked them mony back to take room in another hotel. they were not ready for return money. so I lost 2 days during my picnic with the hotel Santa Chiara.
It’s good
