- The hotel closed the gate , I couldn't get in. The hotel is for wedding events, I would not recommend staying there if you're a traveling tourist
- Panoramic views, absolutely beautiful. We upgraded to the junior suite with jacuzzi on the terrace. Absolutely fabulous. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a morning shower whilst overlooking the bay and mountains was fantasticVincenzo and Alessia on the desk where so helpful.Close to Baccoli as we were going scuba diving in Baiae.
- Horrible customer service I had to change dates and then cancel due to tropical storm and flight issues missing a wedding I was in. They are going back on their refund policy and I accrued $150 in international charges dealing with the hotel regarding date changes and cancelation.
Cons -
- Need a car to access the property or you are reliant on taxis. The qr code to order room service only worked on the first day, after that we had to go down to order
- Horrible customer service
- No pool.

Horrible customer service
Location, beautiful view.
No pool.
The staff, the rooms and the food.
A little far from the beach and public transportation wasn’t friendly.
Excellent staff especially Vincento, good shuttle bus
Restaurant closed on a Sunday. Menu shown to us was all seafood, no salads or meat. Hotel is hard to access without a car or taxi. Definitely a wedding venue...
Modernized and feels fresh. Breakfast is quite good with enough variety.
Parking can become a bit challenging when there is event at the restaurant. Music can be a bit loud until late.
Fantastic view. Great for a wedding venue. Music plays all day outside, but doors are double glazed if you don’t like it. We enjoyed it. Staff were very pleasant.
The breakfast was okay, but they offered cereal and tea bags, but no hot water or milk on all three days. I had to ask each day.
Safe area with nice sea view, parking
Cleanliness level low, the property is conducting events (wedding, parties) where they are focusing more on. One night had noise level up to 1am.
Beautiful setting! Great staff!Breakfast was good.Great event location.
1. The room was not spotlessly clean - pillow case; mirrors had spots, which could have been changed or cleaned.2. No lift to take luggage from car park to room.3. The gate to the car park was closed and there door bell was not clear at night so we couldn’t get in until someone came out.4. No shuttle bus to take us to town/airport - taxis are expenses and we had ti wait for long periods 5. No late bar or snack service/capability - mini bar had 2 bottles of water only.
The scenery from Hotel 11 Gabbiano is stunning and the facilities were great.
The restaurant only offers dinner service from 8pm - it would be great if it could be opened earlier, especially for guests that have travelled all day and are hungry.
Amazing views, very clean and comfortable
You have to have a car to get there. Taxi availability is low in the area and walking is not recommended
Stunning views from this hotel. Most staff very friendly. Nice breakfast. Beautiful restaurant for dinner.
This hotel is a wedding reception venue first, and a hotel second. This created some challenges... mainly noise and being asked to move the car out of the parking lot etc. Most staff were lovely but one staff member was unbelievably rude and awful on more than one occasion.
The room was really cool, the lighting was spectacular and the views were breathtaking. Also the staff was very pleasant. The front office Poloa was so incredibly nice and helped me with arranging dinner/lunch and also getting a taxis to and from the archeology park. My trip was so much better because of her help.
The location is not far from Pozzuoli port which is why we chose it. Beautiful view from balcony. Air con works, water provided in mini fridge. Next door to a great restaurant.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the shower has no area to hold any items. There is a bell but no one answered it before 7am or after 11pm. There was wedding in the restaurant but no one explained any dining options.
The receptionist was so helpful. We arrived late on Sunday. The hotel restaurant was closed, not the guy helped us order pizza using his own phone, and was so patient helping us sort out logistics for the following day.
It’s not their fault, but it’s not the best location to reach by foot. It’s only a 20 min walk, but it’s uphill on a road without a pavement. We could/should have taken a taxi.
The location of the hotel was stunning and especially the restaurant with an open view of the mountains. However, the restaurant is quite expensive compared to the food even though the food seemed to be of good quality.
It could be good to have a lift at the hotel.
so so
ongoing renovations made our stay very noisy.our room was lovely as it had been renovated but our friend’s was dated and they were right next to a room being renovated. we were not advised of this and would probably have stayed somewhere else. very noisy. great position and great view. breathe through your mouth so you don’t smell the sulphur.
The reception staff were amazing, they truly went over and above to make our stay extra special whilst the hotel was obviously very busy with an event. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept well. The restaurant had some lovely dishes for an evening meal, with an incredible view! Breakfast was good, all options seemed to be high quality. The hot tub on the top floor with panoramic views was particularly special! We would definitely return!
The bathroom was old and could do with modernising, although it was clean and worked well.
stunning view from our room and from the terrace, overlooking the bay and the castle, spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast with a selection of delicious local pastries. We didn't try the spa on the top floor, but it was very promising
the breakfast room is spacious but a bit dark and has no view, the restaurant has fantastic scenery instead, but it was fully booked due to a ceremony
