    Pros +

    • La location è molto bella, le camere confortevoli e pulite, il panorama top!
    • The Villa was an exceptional experience. The place was amazing, the room was comfortable, the view, the breakfast all were amazing. Special thanks to the lady on the reception she was very friendly and welcoming.
    • Incredible. A fantastic venue for any event. Numerous areas both indoors and out with incredible views. Our suite had an outside terrace that was twice the size of the room. There was an extensive breakfast buffet and fabulous cappuccino. The bar area where breakfast was served has a grotto with running water. All the staff was extremely responsive to any requests. The facility has its own parking.

    Cons -

    • Room without a sea view, we couldn't open any window.
    • I had no WiFi during my stay. I had a cold water shower my first day and a lukewarm shower the second day. The breakfast was all sweets and no proteins. They don't have a restaurant and you have to drive to the city center if you want to find one. The bar isn't officially open, but they were "kind" enough to open it for me. The owner, "Johnny" is too busy talking on the phone to help you to fix the problems and no one else cares to fix a room problem (regarding the WiFi, "It is not our responsibility.") They made no effort to compensate me for any of the shortfalls. This is NOT a hotel, it is an event center with rooms with NO other services available to guests. And, it is extremely expensive just to rent a room. I would never stay here again. You are better off at a B&B!
    • I have booked a table for a dinner for our arrival date weeks in advance and it was confirmed by hotel. When we arrived, we were told there is no dinner possibility because of wedding - it makes sense for me, but we were not warned and it changed our planes.

The hotel in his globality is tasty decorated and have a lot of surprises. The size of the room was perfect and I m not talking about the shower. The bed was super comfortable The staff was super helpful for everything. We had an issue with the rental at the airport The staff found out 2 options for us in not even 30 min and was much better than the car rental agency we had at the beginning. Even during the evening we want to eat but went to tired to go to te restaurant and the night receptionist ordered for us delivery food because Uber eat is not working well there. We loved the view on Bacoli, the castle, is insane. The huge terrasse is more than pleasant to have a drink after a long day to visit and beach. Price is decent for what you get. Quiet place, not to much rooms so not too much people. Conclusion: I could go back there closed eyes.

We liked everything. The garden, the beauty of view, the atmosphere, gorgeous breakfast room … tranquility. The very good bed, mattress, linen. They prepare an exceptional good cappuccino. One of the best I drank in area in Bacoli and Naples. Only in iconic Naples Gambrinus Caffe I drank better cappuccino. The hotel gave us a free lift to the nearest train station as well. We would like to thank you so much for our very delightful stay in this so cozy and charm hotel ?.

The room is clean and comfortable. All the facilities to spend a very nice stay. The view from the Hotel is fantastic.

Room without a sea view, we couldn't open any window.

This "hotel" is a wedding venue; it is not a full serve hotel. It should not be marketed as a hotel. The views are beautiful. The rooms are very small, but clean. The have a large parking lot, but the entrance is a very sharp, uphill from the main road.

I had no WiFi during my stay. I had a cold water shower my first day and a lukewarm shower the second day. The breakfast was all sweets and no proteins. View from this hotel is absolutely amazing! Breakfast was good, no complaints. Room was clean, well equipped, bed was comfy.

I have booked a table for a dinner for our arrival date weeks in advance and it was confirmed by hotel. When we arrived, we were told there is no dinner possibility because of wedding - it makes sense for me, but we were not warned and it changed our planes.

The room was nice and comfortable and the hotel has good decor. The receptionist was kind.

We arrived late after a very long journey and parked in the hotel car park. When we got out of the car, a male member of staff told us to move the car to the far end of the car park and wasn’t happy with where we had parked. At this time, a wedding ceremony has just finished and lots of people were leaving in their cars, so I couldn’t move the car. However the man kept insisting I should move it but could not give me a reason why. He was rude and not at all understanding. The next morning the car park was virtually empty, so I have no idea why he was so insistent on me moving the car. This man ruined the stay for us.

The room was clean and large with a perfect view. Staff were very attentive and provided me with a vegan selection for breakfast which was excellent.

The hotel is on a hill and was not really conducive to walking

    9GunillalPosted on: 5-3-2024

Lovely breakfast with everything we needed. Bonus for not just having sweet cakes on the buffet but fresh fruit and bread and yoghurt as well.

No bar or restaurant open during our stay so had to drive away for both lunch and dinner (no restaurant within walking distance).

    7RemyPosted on: 4-15-2024

the location of the Hotel almost on top of the hill and the great view

The room was small and cave-like due to the window giving view to a wall. Staff was correct, but rather cold. Having to ring and wait the reception to open the gate when arriving with the car every time is annoying. The hotel badge should work also there.

A plus is the very nice service.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. A protruding branch at the entrance to the parking lot scratched my car. The driveway to the hotel itself is so extremely steep that most inexperienced drivers will probably not make it up at all. To enter the hotel you have to walk with your suitcases up long stairs. There are stairs everywhere - in front of the room, inside and even in the bathroom. It is worth adding that due to the poorly lit step outside, I fell and almost broke my leg, and I am on a long route from Malta to Poland. The hotel is located too far from the main route and access is problematic. Lack of hot water in the morning from the tap and in the shower is an absolute disqualification. The hotel restaurant closes at 9 p.m. during the week, so I had to order pizza from another place. There are no bath towels and the bathroom door does not close with a handle but is loosely open. Moreover, with such a steep driveway and stairs, this facility should never have become a hotel but a guesthouse.

The room was beautiful with a huge terrace. The view was magnificent!

A very steep driveway to the property. The restaurant had a very limited dinner menu.

This hotel is spectacular and staff professional and kind. Amazing view and good location.

    8RebeccaPosted on: 9-20-2023

Lovely hotel, in a great location and very friendly staff. The room was well equipped and had a wonderful balcony with fantastic views.

Only that the shower could have been cleaner as it looked like it needed a good bleach and scrub around the bottom. The rest of the bathroom was very clean though and was nicely decorated. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open, as it’s too far to walk into the town.

    7GregPosted on: 9-18-2023

Clean, stunning view and quiet. The coffee.

How the rooms were located to the rest of the hotel. The dark breakfast room. The breakfast. Poor shower pressure.

    Everything is good except breakfast

Breakfast is realy realy poor. Nothing warm just coffe and tea is worm. Sweet cakes and muffins. Realy disapointed.

The location was superbe !Fantastic view .

There was no wifi in the room, asked at the reception, and the answer was:There is too much wind outside.???

The view from the hotel is amazing. We enjoyed very much the atmosphere of the restaurant and lobby bar.

The breakfast wasn't much of a choice.
