Nice facilities and place the restaurant staff is too too courteous.

Cleaning is room not upto the mark

Breakfast was ok but quality was not up to the mark.

Apart from Stay there were not much activities. Glass door & main door lock was not working which was updated to the staff. For Room Service we had to call the staff thrice.

Rooms were neat and clean, the property area is well maintained and all amenities were present.

Food was not upto the mark. Breakfast had options but was okay, nothing we ordered really met our expectation.

The location is very nice. Lake facing view is awesome ?. Food at the restaurant is very delicious. It is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. Vishnu at the restaurant was particularly helpful. Breakfast needs a little more spread.

When I'm at a luxurious stay, I need a good shower system and good water pressure. Sadly, the showerhead was old and worn out. Hot water pressure was not up to the mark. My fridge was also not working, but they got it changed.

Location is good I guess. Spa was the only good thing they offer

Breakfast - horrible. High tea - horrible. Services - horrible. Anything you ask for is extra charge or unavailable. Food itself was such a big disappointment we didn’t eat there

Disappointed due to last minute cancel

I'm extremely disappointed in the way my stay was handled by resort. I had been looking forward to my trip for weeks, but just an hour before my arrival, I received a call informing me that my booking had been cancelled due to water leakage or somethingWhile I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I was shocked by the lack of notice and the resort's inability to offer alternative arrangements. The cancellation caused significant inconvenience and stress, and I was left scrambling to find new accommodations at the last minute.I had high expectations for this based on their reputation and reviews, but this experience fell far short. I hope that in the future, the resort will prioritize communication and guest satisfaction.

The property is well maintained and situated at a very strategic location. The view from the property is beautiful. The facilities promised are managed well.

The restaurant service was really poor. The buffet breakfast was of the level of a 2 star hotel. The food prepared was really tasteless and overpriced The restaurant staff was clumsy and clueless.

The room view is absolutely splendid. I booked a luxury cottage and I didn't want to leave the resort, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Its a very well planned aesthetic resort with spacious rooms, ample spacing between cottages and lush lawns. The rooms and the resort are very well maintained and the interiors and landscaping really look luxurious. However it is very affordable and I must mention the highlight of my stay was the lake walk supervised and arranged by Col Shashi, the newly appointed GM of the resort and it turned out to be a memorable and enjoyable activity. Overall I will recommend this resort and I will definitely keep going there whenever possible. Food is very good, limited choices but we had no problems.
