Pros +
- A family run, friendly and comfortable place in a strategic location
- Clean and comfortable and perfect for a one night stay fairly close to the airport with easy free parking. There was no kettle in the room but they made us a lovely pot of tea . No restaurants close by but there was a small supermarket.
- Simple, yet clean and friendly. Unusual location on top of a residential block, you have to go round the side to park and enter the hotel via an elevator.
Cons -
- The breakfast needs a little bit more work and variety.
- Was not clear where the entry to the hotel was as the building is shared and you need to use elevator to arrive to reception in 3rd floor.
- They don't speak good English, but between their Italian, my Spanish and their little English we managed well to understand each other and they were exceptionally caring and helpful so, it wasn't a problem at all at the end.

The staff is amazing. Rooms are very clean. A perfect stay and a very good location if you have a car.
Nice room, enough space with AC, clean and modern. Good wifi.

The room was big, clean,.pretty and the bed more comfortable than my own. Also, the staff was helpful and kind. There is useful that they have a parking lotas well. Great value for money.

Good room, free parking.
Away from everything, not a lot of food option within walking distance.
New and clean room with large bathroom, table and 2 chairs, minibar, air conditioning. Elevator from the entrance to the hotel floor. Parking inside the hotel area. Bar for guests well equiped with a english speaking lady (only in the morning).
Communication in other languages except Italian was not possible when we arrived. In the morning was english speaking staff at the bar - we found out too late when we left and missed capuccinos, shame we did not got this information on our arrival. The beds are OK for one or two nights, to stay longer I would prefer comfortable ones.
The rooms are spacious and have all the required amenities. Parking on the property was ample. And the owners son was always very helpful with our requests
Would have loved a kettle in the room
