Located next to a shopping mall

Hotel locate in shopping center. Good for shopping and dining. The room is large and very modern. Breakfast is great and lot of choice.

The air condition is not working in every room that we stay. The hotel staff told us that the central air condition system of hotel is not operate this time of year. That mean we have to open window if we need cool air. I am not understand the reason of this. This trip, we stay in around 9 hotel and the others have no problem with AC system. The staff offer discount for car park. We have 2 cars and we pay for 1 carpark.

Location is good if you have to do business in bussiness area near hotel, they have shutlle bus. But if you want to go to Naples it is far away and there is no public transport.Breakfast is good. Bed is confortable.

The pillows were rock hard!!! Simply not acceptable. Whoever ordered them wants forcing to sleep on them

The staff at the Bar was not able to operate the booking into the system and could not serve a table with 10 drinks orders within 30 minutes. So we cancelled our order and left.On the second day breakfast was not fresh anymore including bread from the day before and ham which was way not as fresh as the day before and as a must for a 4 Star Hotel.

The hotel room smells of smoke constantly. The balcony is awful, looks like it's falling off the wall, very dirty and old looking, overlooking a very loud and smelly generator and carpark. When i booked the pictures of the balcony were overlooking the shopping centre area and looked very nice but this is not true.The shower is poor and placed in a way that it wets all the floor, and you can not shower comfortable(reported and just handed towels)The air conditioning makes a very loud noise. (Reported not resolved)The room has been done on a budget it's very cheap and of low quality. Tv didn't fit on the wall properly. the bunk bed was very unsafe and flimsy.The breakfast is not good at all. The very small choice of cooked food is always cold, and the pastries and meats always have flies on them.The hotel does not have a pool and gym. it's actually inside the shopping centre that's connected to the hotel. When walking outside, you're harassed by flies.There's nothing to do here. Naples is also a horrible place, and I wouldn't recommend visiting. The only good thing about this hotel are the staff, they are all very friendly but unfortunately they have no control over any of the above. Free gated parking is good, although it concerned us that they suggest we put it inside the gates, as there are thousands of free parking spaces not inside the gated fenced area but we were given the impression the car wasn't safe in those.

The bathtub stopper was a little faulty

As a family of 4 the location was perfect for us. The hotel is located inside the shopping mall. We wanted to experience the South of Italy and this hotel was perfect for us to reach those places. Its only 30 to 40 minutes drive to Positano, Amalfi coast. The breakfast was good and also the gluten free options were fantastic. The rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was always the same. Staying for 8 nights we wanted something different after a while.

The breakfast was OK. The view from the room was amazing, because we saw Vesuv. It was great experience to see the vulcano from the other side. We had a halfboard which was very delicious. Traveling by car so the destination was not a big deal. Its set on the big shopping centre.

A Business hotel withoutPens, Papers, Water, Glasses...It should n't be a Business's Holiday Inn Expensive hotel...

Good location

Woken up early by construction work, no mention of this on their website, no mention at checking in either. Really loud and inconsiderate of guests when paying a lot of money and had a late night. Staff unhelpful when calling reception. Staff stated it was the shops but even so guests should be made aware prior to booking so we had a choice. If we had been told we would not have stayed here.

Good location. On the whole clean and comfortable

Breakfast was poor. The mixer tap in the bath was broken. Both the bath tap and shower came on at the same time. The plug was stuck in so couldn’t drain the bath.
