It’s not quite a spa hotel. You can’t use the spa facilities, only on a90 min “thermal circuit” that costs 20 additional eurosVery disappointed about this partShower wasn’t indulging for spa hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn’t be more central—right behind the cathedral—making it an ideal spot for exploring the city. The property is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service.

Location, location, location! Liked that it had the spa option too. Very good for my daughter who was walking the Camino.

Confusion about parking or access to hotel via car.

The location was fabulous and it was lovely being able to park our bike in private garage.

Breakfast was very busy, due to the hotel usage of the main cafe connected. Being able to get a table was hit and miss due to non hotel guests. It would be useful to let hotel guests know the set up better. We were also not told what we could order as you order from the main cafe menu.

It was clean, people were helpful, the massage was exceptional!!! The bed was a bit lopsided and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

The reason for booking was to use the spa. We had one rest day as we were pilgrims needing to continue on.. however the pool was closed on our rest day so it was a pricy stay for not having what we were there for.

This was my second stay here in a short time . I found this hotel very good in every way … location in centre, very good staff interaction , loved the spa and facilities . Loved the restaurant that’s on the premises . Will stay here again.

I liked the spa but it has too much chlorine

I love everything about this hotel. The location is exceptional - on a quiet street directly behind the Cathedral. This is my third stay. I had a beautiful queen room with dual aspect windows this time and beautiful views of the Cathedral. The restaurant is popular with locals, the food is so good with good prices. It’s always packed. Excellent service. Excellent spa and thermal pools.

I stayed two nights and unfortunately on my second day housekeeping took down the curtains to wash them, unbeknownst to me. Then they had an issue with their dryer and they had to rehang the drapes while they were still soaking wet so they dripped water all over the floor and I had to use my towels to mop up the rivers of water. At night it was extremely humid in the room, the sheets were damp and my clothes in the closet were damp with humidity the next morning. Just poor timing and of course the dryer was beyond their control. Housekeeping is excellent but I think it would have been a better choice to do that deep cleaning of drapes when the room is empty, not when a guest is staying there. Even so, I will definitely be going back. This is the best hotel in Leon, in my opinion.

Great location, garage parking opposite the hotel for a reasonable price. Nice and cosy cafeteria attached. Outstanding service from Ollesya at the front desk.

Great location, friendly staff

Someone came knocking and yelling @ my door after 11 pm , woke me upAnd scared me …. Finally they stopped, maybe they were drunk and disorientated.suggest more security!
