Stayed two nights for a Camino break. Great hotel... Our room offered a balcony that overlooked the square....which was only wonderful.

After staying in many Camino albergue's, there is nothing that we did not like or appreciate.

Great location - easy parking - wonderful staff and restaurant

Had to ask fur chairs for the balcony - but they were delivered immediately by a very pleasant staff member

As I'm getting on a bit I don't like showers over the bath but it worked well and easy to control

We loved the location and the look of the Hotel from the outside. It was a nice short walk to see everything we wanted to see...especially the Cathedral, that is spectacular. The hotel left a very nice welcome plate of goodies for us that was very nice. The room was very modern and clean.

Because it is a NH hotel I expected the room to be nicer. Our room felt like it was in a tunnel. It was dark and a little uncomfortable feeling in there because of the lack of windows and light.

Excellent location. Beautiful furnishings. Loved the bathtub - especially after a long day on the Camino Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Especially reception and evening restaurant server

Misleading advertisement but comfortable beds.

I only booked the room because bookings said they had a spa. There was no Spa but the hotel said it was a bookings.com error. Neither the hotel nor bookings took responsibility for the mistake. Very disappointing as we were walking the Camino and looking forward to spa services.

All the staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Elevetar to parking is very dirty, even if its not yours, your clients use it, it would be great to clean it.

It was well located. We needed twin beds and a walk in shower because of 2 recent knee replacement surgeries.We had a lovely room, with a huge bathroom. Plenty of room for clothing and other items for a 5 night stay. However, the best part of this visit, was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon checking in, we found an assortment of chocolates in our room, beautifully displayed. There was always water each day in the room. Several nights in, we received another gift of lovely soaps. And lastly, as we left they gave us another gift of 2 waters and some candy for the road! What makes a superior hotel is the attitude of the staff and accommodating special needs. We would fully recommend this hotel!

Lovely location, historic building in the real heart of the city, good value, good facilities, comfy rooms, but the real distinction of this hotel is its exceptional staff. This is my second or third stay here and each time, I am pleasantly surprised by how genuinely sweet and skillful they are. Thanks, ladies! I may be done with Leon but I will return for your generous hospitality :)
