AC Hotel Leon San Antonio

The staff were exceptiinal!

The front desk individual was welcoming.

The property halls were not well kept. The room itself appeared to have not been cleaned (bathroom specifically), no extra pillows or blankets, and terrible area.

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was exceptional.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Great room , plenty of space, lovely shower bathroom etc. friendly staff . Lovely breakfast.

The only thing I could fault was the room got very warm during the night. Apart everything else was excellent

great place, the room Is beautiful and confortabile.all Is clean.the bed Is.

Somewhat complicated parking inside the facility, but understandable given the area.

Location

Small bed.Quite as all room.Very expensive compared with the rest of Portugal where we have been.

very clean and comfortable hotel, good shower, comfortable bed. kettle in room to make coffee/tea. Great secure underground parking for motorbikes 23 euros for 2 nights,2 bikes. great location with easy walking distance to centre.

walls bit thin, could hear neighbour coughing and talking

Location, lovely building, east close parking.

Restaurant not open in evening. Breakfast only ‘ok’.

Extremely clean, lovely staff and great breakfast. Very convenient location too.

Everything was great

The room was spacious and modern. The hotel has an air of quality and luxury that we felt far surpasses the price we paid for the room. But the best feature for us was the underground parking with direct lift access to our floor. We drive a large SUV (Mazda CX5) and the parking easily accommodated it.

A very well located Hotel. The comfy beds were a welcome change to some other hotels in the same category. The staff at the front desk were very friendly! ?Nice facilities and a bonus being across the road from a major department store for some shopping.

Closeness to centre of Leon.Underground parking for motorcycles and easy to get in and out which makes a change.

No-one other than the staff acknowledge you and I tried, strange really.

Very clean. Comfortable room with excellent shower and hot water. Location central to shopping and attractions. Enjoyed our one night visit With parking garage

Well located, very friendly and helpful staff, windows to open

Just to take into consideration: mot easy to find a street parking in this busy area (other-ways payed parking in hotel garage)

The hotel was fine for a City Centre location. Quite short-staffed. Underground car parking ok. Quite good location, 10 mins walk from the Old Town.

There were no catering facilities or bar at all.

This Hotel was located right next door to El Corte Ingles (a big shopping centre with clothes, food etc) so very convenient, the hotel itself was very comfortable and the breakfast offering was very good, the rooms were large with a bath tub, coffee machine and tv and desk to work - we were upgraded to larger rooms but it was a great stay. You arent located centrally to the old town to see the museum and cathedral but it is really only a 15min walk so not far at all.

Honestly I dont have anything negative to say, was a great hotel for the time we stayed there for

Great hotel at good location with parking garage.

The lightning was not bright enough, nor in the room or bathroom. Elevator size small for a big hotel.

Very helpful staff. Easy walk to the old town.

Difficult to find.

good location. really nice staff and good size room.

the mini gym and sauna. A surprise on the top floor after a long day of driving.

no food or bar options on a Monday.
