The hotel was conveniently located right near the University of León which is where I was attending a conference. But, also, it was near lots of good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Additionally, it's a nice walk into the city center and old town area from the hotel (or a taxi is quite simple if you're not feeling the walk). The proximity to the city center opens up other tourist opportunities and spaces to explore in León with its centuries of history (check out the medieval scene!). Overall, just a really modern and clean hotel with an exceptional staff (from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew: friendly, pleasant, and efficient). So glad I stayed here. I highly recommend it.

The five euro charge for kitchen supplies seemed unnecessary. It's presented as optional, meaning you can just go without them, get your own items, which is what I did. So, I did not see what was in the 5euro locked cabinet. A kettle? Forks? Knives? A colander? I'll never know. :) But, ultimately, I'm thinking, why not just fold the 5 euro up-charge into the original daily price and give access to all guests?

We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Exe Campus San Mamés. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety to start the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. We highly recommend this aparthotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

We spent one night in a family room and it was perfect for us and our two teenage children. Clean, spacious and comfortable and an easy 10 minute walk into the old walled town, which is beautiful and has some great restaurants. There is an excellent breakfast place just around the corner, which we were pleased we opted for instead of the in-house breakfast. Parking was free and just outside. Friendly service. Would use again, defintely.

The bath was great and the free parking was a bonus. it's a 15 minute walk to the center of town so you are out in the outback, but not too far.

I found the beds to be a bit hard and my room smelled a little bit like cigarettes. they also charge you to use the potential in the kitchen, which was not convienent for cooking. they also did not provide water which would have been a nice touch.

After a very long motorbike ride we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel. The staff was nice and helpful with anything we needed.The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and with AC.There is free street parking just outside in front of the hotel but we preferred to park in the private payed underground parking of the hotel and use the lift to get the bags to our floor.There are supermarkets, places to have breakfast and restaurants nearby.Great spot to stay and explore the area or just to get your energy back to continue on your journey.Would return and recommend it!

Nothing bad to say. Everything as expected.

The room was a good size with a small kitchenette and a reasonable size bathroom. The bed was comfy and the bedlinen was good quality. The breakfast was good with fruit, breads, hot food etc The location was OK, about a 15-minute walk into the historic area. Underground (paid for) parking was available which was appreciated. The hotel is easy to find from the motorway.

It was a hot day, and our room was around 27C but the air conditioning wasn't working throughout the hotel! We weren't told this prior to or on arrival, only when I went to report that it wasn't working. No apology was given. I will be asking for a refund as we spent a very uncomfortable night in an over heated room with lots of road noise, thanks to the necessity of having the window open. A small charge was made to use the crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette. We didn't mind paying this but had expected it to include basic equipment such as a kettle. There was a big festival on at the university opposite with very loud music. Thankfully, our room was on the opposite side of the building, but given that without air conditioning, keeping the window open was essential, this must have been very difficult for anyone on that side of the hotel. The shower was over a normal height bath, so quite a scramble!

Great stay. The rooms are HUGE! One of the biggest I have ever stayed in. Spacious indeed. Very comfortable beds and pillows and very clean. The staff was top!

A bit far from the city centre, but the car ride is ok. Not majorly complicated. As for the room itself, nothing to comment. It was absolutely great.

Good value for money. The area is not the nicest but it was safe and it was only a 20 min walk to old town which was amazing. Parking was reasonable if you couldn’t get a free one outside the building Staff were great and helpful and breakfast was very good for 10 euro

It was easy to park nearby. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Kitchenware was only available for a fee (5€ per day) and was insufficient. Staff at desk could have been more helpful upon arrival (they didn't tell us about the kitchen fee or give us any instructions as to how to connect to the WiFi network). WiFi required registration and didn't work so well. The place is far from the city centre. Pricey.

All good. Excellent breakfast. Secure parking. Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff.

The location was close to University, hardly 6-10 minutes walk. The room was very spacious and had a place for cooking. Overall, the experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space outside the hotel where you could park the car.

Nothing, it was a great experience. The parking was paid in the garage but there was plenty of free space outside the hotel where you could park the car for free.

The apartment is really nice, good conditions and very clean. The location is very convenient, close to supermarket.

The kitchen facilities and equipment are extremely limited and outdated. They claim if asked they provide more kitchen equipment but upon request for extra cereal bowls they weren't available.

Useless WiFi. Totally inadequate equipment: no kettle or coffee machine, 1 saucepan & 1 small frying pan. Very bare. The bare minimum.

Quiet location. Laundromat, grocery store nearby. Easy 1 mile walk to Cathedral de Leon.

A sign said to call if the kitchen needed something. We didn't bother but no way to wash dishes (no dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, sponge. No teaspoons. Coffee cup had a Crack. Minimal cooking pots, etc. Don't expect to use the kitchen for much.

Value for money and parking was good.

Distance to old town. Kitchen could be better. Would have liked a toaster.
