Location was great, and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I can tell at one point the hotel was fantastic but time has taken its toll and certain aspects of the rooms are showing wear. Plus front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendlier, but that may just be a cultural difference between my expectations and their expectations.

Certain aspects about the rooms and bathroom are showing wear. There was a small amount of mold on the grout in my shower a little bleach would’ve taken or taken care of it instantly… And it’s been there for a while so housekeeping might need some help. The front staff could be more welcoming, friendlier, outgoing… but I’m learning that just may be Spain.

Bed was comfy. Staff were nice

Aircon wouldn’t work properly even after being told maintenance has looked at it. Couldn’t sit on toilet properly as bidet is right in front of it. Bathroom needs a revamp

Beautiful historic building with comfortable bed in a perfect location.

The shower and bath could use an upgrade. The water pressure in the shower is not more than a trickle. The discolored grout between the bathroom tiles suggests a refresh is needed. The room was also a bit stuffy, being basically in the attic (8th floor) of the building, with no ability to control the temperature.

Great location if on the Camino or visiting the old area of the city.

The facility is a little dated, but this is offset by location and price.

Could not get the temperature in my room below 24 Celsius.

Very efficient laundry service, even on a Sunday. No room service but essentials like water and snacks available at reception. Room very comfortable and bathroom with bathtub. Loved the central staircase. Hotel stored our bikes securely.

Although fine and parking is essential the garage is extremely tight. It’s your own choice to use it or not.

Location excellent, room spacious and comfortable beds.

Leak on the shower panel. Some noise one night but that was inconsiderate guests rather than the Hotel itself.
