Pros +
- The hotel is centrally located near the Historic District The rooms are big and well appointed. It’s in an area with lots of restaurants, stores and crossing the street you find El Corte Ingles. It’s a very quiet area . The only critic I have is that the people that work in the desk with the exception on one of the girls who did my check in and another gentleman who looks like Latin American don’t greet anyone, you can say good morning three time and they don’t care. Something else is the carpet of the entrance, it gives the hotel a low note, it very dirty. The rest is great.
- Centrally located next to a major department store and supermarket! Great for restocking while on the Camino. Laundromat 5 minutes away, and a 16 minute walk to the Cathedral and cafés/ restaurants,

Cons -
- Staff was not friendly
- Coffee machine broken. Not possible to buy wine.
- No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Had to go from the 5th floor to the lobby to use a machine for coffee or hot water. Not something I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Don't waste your money on breakfast at the hotel. All the "warm items" like eggs were cold every day. Lots of bread choices cold meats and cheeses etc. Typical of a breakfast buffet in Europe. Just disappointed in the hot foods section.

Location, clean room, breakfast
Clean and nice facilites, friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast, excellent rooms, convenient parking in hotel conected by elevator
We spent a night on our way to start our Camino. We had a triple room for family of three and that was great. Location is in quiet part of town and not too far from train/bus station and cathedral/sights.
Staff was not friendly
Didn’t use. Price too high.
Coffee machine broken. Not possible to buy wine.
Room was huge compared to most European hotels. Bed and pillows comfy, nice shower with plenty of hot water. Within 5 minutes walk to the old town.

Loved this hotel . The breakfast and supper was excellent . Lighting in the bathroom was soft or bright . Beautiful room.2 Pillows soft and firm , use to your liking. Staff is very professional and kind .A beautiful property close to the Cathedral beside a 6 floor mall . Loved our stay !
Loved view of sunset from room. Close to supermarket and laundry mat. Nice walk into old city
The area and cleanliness of the room and definitely the location, just in front of the department store El Corte Inglés, as well as the distance from the old town.
- clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom- great shower- a short walk from the main attractions
- no coffee/tea facilities in the room - lengthy check in, requiring too many personal details from every guest - the common area didn't have any clean mugs in the evening and the staff couldn't find a solution
Great location, excellent value for money, big rooms, friendly staff. Stayed here previously and consistency was good.
Breakfast is not great for the price - stayed here before and elected the 'breakfast included' but did not this time due to better value and quality at cafes nearby.
nice rooms, good location
wifi is slow
Very quiet. Lovely staff and a very nice buffet breakfast. Breakfast hours were very good. My room was very large and clean and had everything I needed. A very comfortable stay!
About a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral. In the more modern part of town. Still plenty to do in that area but good to make sure you are prepared.
Nice Silken hotel. Stayed here following on from the good experience at Burgos. Underground parking is helpful.
Hotel didn't feel as modern as Burgos. But it was still very good.
Perhaps in part because it was a corner room it was really spacious. Generally very comfortable.
Common facilities uninspiring. Restaurant menu looked dull so didn’t try. There is what was a bar cramped and facing the back internal wall now serving only coffee. It would be nice for a change to see a lively bar that locals might be tempted by but this is sadly rare in hotels these days.
Location was fantastic walking distance to the old city. Breakfast was well presented and enjoyed.
Great hotel, but a bit of a walk into old town, but still very do-able. Lovely staff, very helpful.
Excellent location close to shopping and old town. Huge comfortable bed .Excellent shower.Staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants. Parking was secure
Couldn't dry towels, which weren't charged during two day stay .Room faced shopping area so was a bit noisy in the afternoons and early evening
the room was clean and comfortable and the position in town was very convenient.
the underground parking was down a very tight circular ramp. if I had my choice again I would settle for street parking having put a war wound on my car.gb
