Pros +
- clean, safe, modern
- Great place to stay in León. Central, fair price, and a clean overall room.
- Although in the Barrio Húmedo, it is somewhat hidden.
Cons -
- Property is located in a sketchy neighborhood. When I arrived the day before to check it out, the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. I knew I would not feel safe staying here, so I tried to cancel my reservation for the following night 29 hours in advance and they would not honor my request. I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. Keep to the main street.
- lone staff was grumpy
- The view. Otherwise, very good.

No breakfast. Location good
The advertised parking was not openThe bed was not great and the pillows the most lumpy and uncomfortable I have ever experienced
Great location near all the sites and in the heart of the restaurant district.
Room is a bit Spartan, not even a water glass in it.
When I made the reservation, it was so different from the image at the time, and the unkindness of the guide was simply amazing.
