Comfortable, quiet and calm. Friendly front desk staff.

Dining staff abrupt, bordered on rudeness (one person).

Excellent, quiet location within the city of Leon. Within walking distance of downtown.

The rooms were very spacious , very clean!But the best was their knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed their breakfast as well!

Nothing in particolar, only a bit cold I had to switch the air conditioning hotter but It Is very cold in Leon in these days..

Spacious room, good location.

Mattress was much too soft for our liking and was fairly compressed, i.e., dished out, on both sides of the bed (King size). Breakfast was OK, although no eggs of any sort offered. Bit tricky to get there in a car and we didn’t see or get the message with driving instructions ahead of time.

The location on a beautiful plaza is a peaceful retreat from the rest of the city. Convenient parking, an easy walk to the sites in the city, and cafes and restaurants are all within easy reach. The room overlooking the plaza was nice and spacious. A very comfortable bed and clean bathroom made for a lovely stay. They also offered a delicious breakfast to start the next day. A wonderful restaurant across the street on the plaza was a great bonus!

The only challenge is finding the hotel and overshooting the parking which is before the hotel. Due to the historic nature of the building and the district, I am sure the signage is probably controlled. They do send detailed driving instructions, which were super helpful, so they are certainly aware of the challenges.

Location was excellent, surrounding area was very interesting on it's own.

We loved this property. Very large room. Good breakfast in nice dining room. Staff assisted us. Nice view of terrace. Quiet. Good location to tour old city. Elevator.

An old monastery but modern inside. Clean and quiet at one of the most beautiful squares in Lean. Excellent breakfast.

This lovely hospederia was very nice, and quite comfortable. The rooms are large, the places to put luggage spacious, and the bathrooms large, too. So are the closets. Plus there is a bidet, which I love. Though it was not too hot during our short stay, the air conditioning worked well. For me, the bed was not soft enough, but I folded over an extra comforter, put it under my bottom sheet on the bed, and slept well with that added cushioning. Also, the hospederia is on a large, quiet square, which was only busy one evening, and not beyond about 11:00 pm, though even then it was pretty calm. The only thing we found a bit difficult was the way to get to the hotel. Be sure to call for specific directions. The lady at the desk was very helpful, and we were able to park my brother's car safely in a locked lot operated by the hospederia.

Beautiful location on the tranquil Plaza del Grano, a short walk to many restaurants, bars, museums and the cathedral. The hotel is perfectly clean, our room was larger than expected, and elegantly minimalist in appearance. Breakfast was very good. Raquel at the front desk was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed hotel in a convenient part of the old city of Leon. Staff were friendly and professional. One unusual touch that I noticed was hallway on ny floor had live plants that were thriving all along the hall. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. Kudos to the room staff, tending to those!

Really big room and a lot of closet space. Comfortable bed - bit too firm for me but my husband love that. Great location, parking close by. The instructions were very clear. Good light blocking curtains.

Very noisy. Not sure if it was just unusually loud neighbors but felt like I could hear every sound. Breakfast was not quite worth the price but was convenient.

Everything was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful; the location was amazing; the breakfast was tasty; the restaurant offerings were delicious. We love every minute of our stay.
