It was clean and centrally located.

We found the room to be quite small and we couldn’t get the air conditioner on but the window functioned so we opened the window for the night.

Staff were very kind, location is great, around the corner from the cathedral. Very modern look, comfy beds and pillows. Love the extra towels in the drawer.

My shower was not clean, but everything else was. Cleaning crew used very strongly scented products that I'm allergic to. No common areas to hang out in. Only one tiny trash can.

Great location near the end of the main pedestrian area, just past the amazing church and the Gaudi designed building. Amazing restaurants throughout the pedestrian area. Great jog along the river. Front desk had great tips for what to go see

Great location, spotless with the best staff.

This hotel has amazing location, wonderful modern design and unbelievable staff: helpful, nice and very cordial. The manager , Daniel, went out of his way to accommodate some of our requests. We stayed in 9 hotels. This one is the most memorable!

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Staff was professional and kind.

We drove up to the front of hotel, checked in & dropped luggage, then drove a couple blocks away to Aparacamiento Plaza Mayor Cathedral and took the elevator right up to the Plaza Mayor. Expensive to park (€25/night), but there was a market at Arquitecto Ramón Cañas del Río 6 and we couldn’t park there. If you’re on camino, the location is very convenient to cathedral & seeing the town.Very clean hotel. Rooms smallish, but well organized for 2 people. Modern bathroom.2 bottles of water in the room and a mini fridge if you need to store anything. Free tea, coffee and massage chairs in basement 11am-8pm. There is a €10 breakfast: meat, cheese, bread pastries, nothing hot. If you don’t buy it, wait to get tea or coffee until 11am.

Clean and good location

Lots of hostile rules and restrictions, the window is set to not open more than 10cm, they lock the seating area at a certain hour, can't go out to the patio etc'.

Clean rooms, luxury bedding and lovely staff. Lady at checkin was very nice and offered early checkin.

Incredible view of the Leon cathedral! Good sized bed, very comfortable pillows and mattress.

The water was leaking out a little out of the shower so we had to make sure the bath mats were strategically placed so it didn’t leak out even more, however that wasn’t a big problem for us.

All was fine - staff was very friendly. And it was around the corner from the cathedral. It was a bit too warm for me at night, but it may be just me:) And the place is really new!
