Good location, clean and new.

Excellent staff. Small room but very well appointed and very modern with many controls for all of your lighting and shades etc. Huge TV if you want it. Great location just inside historic center. Breakfast and evening meal a good value and super convenient.

Parking is tough as you have to drive into a small car elevator from a pedestrian street and it takes a long time. Small cars only. Room safe too small for a laptop.

It was in a great location and the staff was great!

The WiFi was really difficult to connect to but I am not sure why…not a fan of two separate beds pushed together.

The room was very modern & clean. The hotel was beautifully furnished like a piece of art.

Unfortunately, we could hear the noise outside the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located and the facilities were very nice. The most impressive and important aspect, however, was the wonderfully welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with, from reception to housekeeping, did everything they could to accommodate my needs and treated me with thoughtful kindness.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was an electrical problem that made it impossible to close the window shades. However the staff was very responsive and moved me to a new room.

Breakfast ans location were fair. Hotel was almost new and was very attractive.

All lights were controlled electronically and it turned out to be a bad nightmare. AC and fan could not be controlled even after informing front desk. Bathroom surrounded by glass; light at night illuminated entire room.

Convenient location, easy to find. Very helpful staff and comfortable accommodation - nice decor. It's a modern hotel and not trying to be anything else. Excellent breakfast and a varied choice of 'bar meals'. Loved the car lift - this was a first for us and was a joy not to worry about grounding out in steep slopes.

No designated area to leave the car whilst booking in, as one had to drive through a no entry sign to 'park'. Touch panels for lighting, blinds and ventilation - having to put your reading glasses on to work out how to switch a light on in the room is to my mind a solution looking for a problem. No smart TV! What's that about? Couldn't stream from 'phone to it or access IPTV.

Cleanliness, location, lobby, bar area , finishes

Room wasn't represented accurately in pictures. It was much smaller and had poor view .The directions to get there need to be more specific, as well as directions for the parking garage.

One month ago I paid the same amount and got a much better room. I booked again based on that experience and ended up paying the same for a lesser quality room with outside noise that impacted my sleep: I was really looking forward to returning to this hotel after my first stay and then was very disappointed

The hotel was within a short walking distance to the major sites, but on a quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the room had A/C. The breakfast was good and had some vegan and gluten free options as well.

Everything was clean. The rooms were well appointed. There was a great sis and pool. English was spoken by the main staff.

Bit of an awkward location but I would book again.

The location was great and the staff were helpful.

Most of the facilities in the room were automated. It was at times challenging to get everything to work properly. They had on site parking but it was a car lift and because we had a large SUV we had to park offsite.

The ridiculous black panels which control your room. Try to read the icons and then figure out what each means from the instructions card. I could figure them out in the dark and had to call the front desk to turn on my bathroom light. Cool system to look at. Horrible system to use

Everything it was beautiful, clean and lush. Nice break for the Camino.

Really there was nothing I didn’t like I would highly recommend it.
