Hotel NERU con Encanto

We loved the location and quietness but the staff really made our experience in Leon wonderful. On Sat eve, we heard about the match and the young woman working as concierge on Sat went above and beyond to find out how we could watch the match at the bullfighting ring on the Jumbotron with the locals. It was an unforgettable experience. She also told us where the fans would be gathering later and explained some of the local personalities. We loved being able to be a part of a local celebration and it really made our stay in Leon extra special.

The hotel is next to a torn down building. Which helped keep the street quieter than anywhere else. Everything is within walking distance.

New, clean, quiet room, breakfast is offered.Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed my three nights there.

Modern, tasteful and clean. The exposed Roman ruins on the first floor made it unusual and very attractive.

Hi there!!! This place is a trip in itself!!! As always I just didn't follow up the route guidance that the hotel send, so I ended up in the parking of Plaza Mayor, so when I go to find the hotel I just pass along a very heavy graffiti garage door, then I reach the hotel, what a blast!! Incredible, specially the sunk floor detail. So after check in I went to bring my family across the street and stop in front of to the graffiti door and wait as if this was the place, you can imagine the faces!!! You have to see and experience the place to get your "Awesome mode" on !!!

This place is a great stay , and just knowing you are walking in aisle way thru history in one of the medivals great walls in history, also been a very ecological facility is a excellent feature.

Maybe a Hot warmer for Breakfast, Eggs and potato's will not be a bad idea if is not much to ask

Clean, comfortable beds, right on the Camino!

Excellent location. Once you get your bearings, you will see that it is only a few steps from the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. We love the breakfast with assorted fruits, cold cuts and cheese for just €12. Very comfortable bed and very clean. All the receptionists are nice and helpful

The soap dispenser is so difficult to press and a lot of soap comes out and get wasted.

Wow! Let’s start with the amazingly comfy bed! I’ve been staying in Albergue’s on the Camino a this was a nice treat. Hot and powerful shower. So so clean. The soaps were awesome! The keyless entry is my favorite and such a convenient location near Cathedral.

Nothing. It was perfect!

The staff is amazing and they will go out of their way to help and support you, even when their shift is over. The location is also very good, and in general the hotel is modern, confortable and has a nice vibe to it.

A few things were an inconvenience:1. the fact that reception does not operate 24H (more like 14H, and for the room cost, this was unexpected as I arrived around 10PM),2. the late start of breakfast (8 AM, for people with early morning appointments this is a not an option),3. the lack of clarity regarding parking (they do have a deal with a public parking that is 100m away, but I filtered&selected this hotel has having Parking - leaving my expensive motorbike in a public parking away from the hotel was not a good surprise),4. wifi access limited to 2 devices (codes) - incomprehensible in today's connected world - maybe I could have asked for more, but I should not need to, not in this price range.5. the light in the bathroom is connected to a motion sensor. If you are showering, this means opening the glass door and waiving to the thing. If you are reading in the toilet, this means waving your arms in the air. Energy efficiency? Sure, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean, towels decorated the bed with flowers adorning them. Very quiet.

The staff was fantastic and very friendly. Love the location and that is a very walkable city. Really nice walks to restaurants and sight seeing options.

Everything was so wonderful! Comfortable beds. Beautiful lobby. Excellent staff and continental breakfast. Steps from the plaza and cathedral.

No parking in the historic district hotels, but found a convenient parking lot with security very close by.

It was a very comfortable and quiet room. One fun thing is they have plexiglass installed in the hallway, beneath which is the ancient ruins of the old town wall. It’s pretty cool.

Clean, modern, nice bed, easy key code. Don’t like motion sensor light in the bathroom

Lovely brand new hotel in the old town close to the cathedral and wonderful restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff to greet and check you in. Loved the touches of the history of Leon right below your feet. Comfort and rest in Leon before heading back on the Camino.
