Access, availability, price, cleanliness.

The hotel was somewhat out of the way. But it was worth it for the price.

Clean and easy access to parking

Breakfast/ general food offering not great. Facilities dated. WiFi continuously drops out. Rooms not sound proofed. Shower quite small. No kettle/ coffee in room.

Excellent value for money, including attached canteen. Secure car parking underground. Bus service into town.

Hotel staff at the hotel reception were nice and welcome. Room was spacious and bathroom had bath, shower and bidet. The hotel is ideal if you are visiting someone in the next door University hospital.

We drove to the hotel and it was tricky to find its main entrance. We were given too many instructions during the check-in before getting back in the car to drive to the car park at the rear of the hotel building. The hotel car park is public and the rates are very expensive although there are free parking spaces on the street nearby. It was very hot (36 degrees) and the hotel reception had no air conditioning. We left the hotel room late in the morning and after lunch out of the hotel room was not cleaned. I raised my concern with the hotel receptionist but our room was never cleaned that day - it was a big disappointment. I tried to avoid to drive to town but buses do not run frequently on Sundays and taxi fares are quite high. It turned out that it was very easy to find a car park in Leon town centre.

Good location and smooth process of check in and out. The staff was very friendly and collaborative!

The size of the room

Breakfast wasn't available because there was an event at the hotel. No one told us this at the check-in. The staff sent us to a nearby coffee shop where the products were of poor quality, and the staff was rude.There weren't enough power supplies in the room, and the ones available were out of order.One of the rooms had a problem with the outside door, and we could not lock it on the way out.

The room is really big. Lots of space and the beds were really comfy. If one needs to stay close to the hospital, thats a marble. The parking underneath, could be cheaper (10Eur/Night).. but it's really practical.

They could include breakfast. The cafetaria next door is noisy and crowded. The emplloyees are also a bit rude. Not the hotel responsability.. but a 4 stars should offer breakfast within premises.

Very friendly staff on reception. Very clean and comfortable room. Accommodated our non standard vehicle with no question ( it was too high for the included car park facility) lovely room with air con etc. Great shower and very quiet.

Be aware you have to enter through the entrance to the hospital. Not a problem when you get your head around the fact you have to enter the hotel this way but a little confusing when you first arrive ?.

We chose this hotel only due to good value of money (for 1 night), but we didn't check properly the location (it is 30 min walking to city centre and just beside hospital, so there is nothing near by).

Bed was not very comfortable and pillow as well.

Location excellent with good public transport links to city or an easy walk. Secure parking that was discounted if you used the hotel. Very clean.

Spacious contemporary room in modern hotel near Hospiital. An easy bus ride to centre of Leon. 30 mins easy walk. Breakfast really good. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The location by the hospital was very important for me. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly.The room was top.

The wifi disconnected regularly and I couldn’t work easily but it’s not a big deal.

The rooms were very spacious, with a fully equipped roomy bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower, a wide working desk and big comfortable beds. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly, serviceable and professional. I would also like to mention that the cleaning ladies were quiet during their work at the rooms next to us, and very friendly too.

The location is a bit far off the city centre, but there is a bus stop just next to the hotel with 2 bus lines that get you to the historic centre in about 20-25 minutes. The hotel uses the public parking of the hospital next to it, at a special reduced rate of 10 euros/day.

Local bus service to the centre of Leon every half hour

The food in the restaurant and also it was overcrowded with kids and their parents playing in a football competition
