Some details in the room and corridors should be update to avoid making the Building look decadent.

The hotel was very tired in its decor and facilities. There was a bucket in the hallway on our floor to catch drips, and it had been there for a while

I liked the room very much. Maybe the cushions were too high, so you could only sleep laying on the side.

It was impossible to orient using the stairs, and the elevators were very slow.

We arrived at the first two rooms and they smelled like smoke. We asked to be moved and the next two rooms also smelled like smoke. Needless to say, we moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker and don't mind sleeping in an ashtray!

Everything! See above. We didn't stay at the hotel. I made the mistake of paying online ahead of seeing the rooms. I will never do that again. I'm going to ask for a refund!!

underground parking available for free and breakfast was really good.

AC in my room did not work or perhaps was not switched on on the main building. No instructions in the room left to be able to call concierge. Hotel is located in what felt like a tough neighbourhood.
