Very good breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful.

Air conditioning very noisy and not functioning to capacity.No restaurant in hotel for dinnerOur room was a little tight,small.

The staff was amazing. They helped us with parking, a taxi to the wedding church and reception venues. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices. The room was big. The plaza was lively and shops and restaurants nearby were amazing.

We felt the bed could have been more comfortable. We also thought the windows could use netting (in America we call them screens). When it got a little stuffy, we opened a window and mosquitos came in. Not a big deal but worth noting.Also - the 2nd morning, the scrambled eggs were cold. My husband is a diabetic, so eggs being protein are important. He got through it, but I thought I'd mention it. I hope it's not rude of me.

The service and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. The Breakfast buffet was top notch, with real cappuccino coffee not from a machine. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The bathtub and shower were slippery.

Lovely and clean hotel room close to Royal Palace. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. The staff was very nice. Discounted parking close by (make sure to ask front desk for parking coupon!)

The bed and pillows were pretty firm and the room was overly warm. I tried turning on a fan for a cooler temperature, but the control was unusual and I think I might have turned on the heat instead. The windows opened, but there was significant street noise. (However, the windows provided excellent insulation from the street noise when closed.)

Location was good, close to palace & restaurants.

Air conditioning is either hot or cold. Because it was spring it was set to hot, and on a hot day we would have preferred cooling.

Location was great, short distance to the Palace and shopping street. We also booked the restaurant and the food was really good.

Can barely think of anything but if I had to say one tiny little nit was the elevator -- a bit slow and small.

Location is fantastic, service good and there is a parking lot nearby.

For a "four star hotel" it is very lacking. The rooms are quite small but its size is disclosed, the shower box is tiny, air conditionig was not working, there is no bar in the hotel and even an umbrella is not available upon request. I believe it is a fine place, but expectations killed the mood.

The position is perfect for the Palace and for the center of the city for dinner

Breakfast is poor. Need to improve the section. Staff need to be more friendly and helpful. Cups for sure should be checked before placing in the table, all were stained from previous use

Great location to see Palace, shopping and restaurants. Very safe area.

The rooms were ready on arrival

Th aircondition didnt work Very small room. Mould in the bathroom- bad indoor climate Bedding were humid due to lack of A/C had to leave window open all night resulting in a lot of mosquitoes. Didnt have one good sleep during my stay. I used to be happy using this hotel - but will try to find another one for next time

The property was very clean. The location was also excellent. I was traveling for work and it was so easy after work to get nice meal or sometime super quick. I also enjoyed going for spritz just down the street at a lounge there were many to choose from.

Hair dryer was inadequate. Room felt humid , was this due to the heat and aircon?

The room was not that clean also i used to have skin sensitivity that i used to treated with the dermatologist which i have never had such sensitivity.
