Very friendly people and excellent breakfast Parking lot is a plus since very busy area

It was super close to the Reggia and the historic center. Also super quiet. And there was a private parking space (12€ per night)The breakfast was ok - had more than the italian average (also a bit of cheese and ham and eggs)

The street the hotel is located in looks a bit dodgy…The room had scratched walls and the air con has leaked at some point so there was a stain under it.Hotel overall quite dark

There was communication before check in.

I told them I would be arriving late and when I got there they were not open. No one answered the phone and no one opened the door. I pushed the door ringer multiple times.

A couple of arm-chairs and a small table to make a true sitting space would be greatly appreciated and woul definitly cintribute to the standard if the hotel.

It was walking distance to the Royal palace and a few restaurants. Perfect for our 1 day stay.

Room was a very good size, comfortable, clean, short walk from the station and to the royal palace. Very good value for money.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Bar area was just part of the reception.

Close to the train station and the royal palace, at walking distance from the old town city center, classy hotel with large, quiet and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good - room was large and clean with modern bathroom.

There was scaffolding outside the window, the windows didn't close which worried us, the air conditioning wasn't great, but I was quickly offered another room due to the safety issues with the window, but the room was stifling hot. However - once work is completed the hotel would be great!

Pleasant hotel in an otherwise scruffy town. The hotel is well situated for a walk to the Reggia di Caserta. The Reggia is an amazing palace that exceeds Versailles in size and is a highly recommended if in the area. This hotel is a good choice if visiting the Reggia

The room was not in good condition, the door handle of the bathroom came off, the walls not painted well and the closet doors also not good.. would habe rather stay in a airbnb than in this hotel. I dont think is worth 4 stars hotel.

Air conditioners didn’t work well, too old and very noisy, the blankets were too old and inappropriate for a 4 stars hotel, no body lotion, no hair conditioner

Great staff, clean, modern and good breakfast. Walkable to the Royal Palace and many resturants nearby to choose from.

Clean & cozy room to stay.

Slope is better than a few steps to the reception because of baggage.
