The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Top notch on every aspect.

Centrally located. Breakfast buffet was lovely and hostess very helpful and sweet.

Wonderful place. Great location, great rooms. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating hostess. Excellent wifi. Very close to the Reggia.

Cosy rooms in a beatiful building with patio and with familiar atmosphere. Excellent value for money

The host/manager Rita is welcoming warm person. The Charming house B and B is so great thanks to her.

Comfortable chair in room to sit and read missing

Rita was more than welcoming, helped us to resolve a logistics issue.Our room was big, spotlessly clean, we had a tasty breakfast served by our hostess

Nothing to dislike

Very nice hotel. It is a little hard to spot from the street. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and the main entrance of the "Reggia". The breakfast was great local specialties including mini sfogliatelle elegantly served. The clean and modern hotel is charming with large rooms and bathroom. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is not very friendly if you are arriving by car, The hotel is on a restricted road.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast really good, and the Rita, the owner, is just the most friendly and helpful host. The huge castle park right next to the accommodiation was so beautiful! We had a lovely stay.

It was very hot during our stay at the beginning of September, and even though the room had both a fan and air conditioning, we did not manage to cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. But I guess that's just normal in summer in Southern Italy. :-)

It was fantastic. Lovely clean property with a wonderfully helpful host.

Nothing left so have to carry heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs.

It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation. The hostess Rita is superb, very professional, helpful and there whenever you need her. Breakfast was great. Location excellent. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

When you draw the curtains they cover the air conditioning outlet (!) - this is not handy when the outside temperature at night is over 30 degrees...

Location is perfect, room is clean, staff is very friendly Parking is 6 mins walk away from the property

The location was great! was surprised that this little gem was empty when we went in early July, walked 5 min to the palace and it was empty on a sat afternoon too, Reception was warm and staff was very helpful and accommodating for breakfast etc. Cosy ambience with music in the lounge for the guests to relax. Really comfy room, modern bath and both ac & fan, mozzie nettings so you can choose what you prefer to use. Just short walk to the main shopping street and side alleys had lots of restaurant and bars. Highly recommend the cosy restaurant next to Charming House. The parking was close enough at special rate w the BnB.

The staff helped with bags but do note they do not have lifts. We got the room on L1 so it was ok but it does go up to L3.

Everything was perfect and way above our expectations: starting with the scent of a huge jasmim in full bloom in the courtyard, then the very well appointed room and bathroom, nicely decorated,,to a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices and served to perfection! Unfortunately it was only for one night. Bravo to the whole team!As a bonus, on a busy Saturday night in town, the place is surprisingly quiet...

The room is spacious with nice decoration and all necessary amenities. The hostess is very friendly. The breakfast is good but not extraordinary. The location very convenient.

No lift, but we hade help with our luggage.

I loved this hotel – a solid 10/10! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Great small boutique hotel a stones throw from Reggia Di Caserta. We had a lovely stay here. Rita made a very nice breakfast for us and was very nice to talk to. We stayed 2 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our rooms didn’t have windows nor coffee machine.

Everything will be excellent, Rita was very kind and helpful. The room was so nice, so clean. Location is perfect, breakfast also was very good.
