Hotel Royal Caserta

The location was excellent , near the train station, the palace. And good restaurants

Location, cleanliness, breakfast

The location was excellent and so convenient for us. It is down the street from the train station and across the street from the Caserta Palace. Our only complaint is that the beds are terribly uncomfortable.

Excellent location, kind staff, comfortable room

The bedroom was big for European standards and so was the bed. Although a bit old in terms of the entrance and lobby, entire hotel was extremely clean and our room had parquet floors which also make it cleaner than carpet. The breakfast was excellent with cereals, coffees, milk, breads, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, egg, omelet, yoghurts, jams, etc

Location to train station

four star hotel, no bathrobe no slippers.

We liked the location, the breakfasts. Reception area was inviting.

There was a lift and an on site restaurant. This was helpful for someone who required mobility accommodations.

I like the staff and the location.

The hall carpets are old and frayed. Maybe it is time to change them.

This hotel has a great location and fantastic amenities! There’s a gym, a hotel bar, a rooftop bar, amazing views, a king sized bed, a couch, a small fridge with drinks for purchase, a coffee and tea setup in the room, plenty of closet space, and a great bathroom with plenty of towels. The breakfast has a large variety of food and drinks, it’s quite impressive! We were able to check in early, the staff is friendly and helpful. The elevators are small yet quiet. There is a flat screen Samsung tv in the room and fast wifi. Our top floor room was comfortable and very quiet at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere!

Good location, very nice staff, good breakfast .Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Kettle in a room was very convenient.Next to Royal Palace and downtown.

Slow and not reliable WiFi

This was my third stay at the Hotel Royal Caserta, and I'll be back! The hotel is in a fantastic location near the train station and the Reggia. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My room was quite large and very comfortable! The breakfast is always a treat! Highly recommended!

Great location, right next to the train station and palace. Breakfast included with stay.

Our 1 night stay was enforced because of a 6 hour train delay. We were surprised to find a very interesting castle and gardens, we had time for an unplanned visit to the gardens. Looks like you could easily spend an interesting day here. Hotel was fine, staff were helpful, room was clean, facilities were good, breakfast was good. Room was very spacious.

Bed was a bit hard and don't mind if I never sleep in a round bed again.

location is great to visit La Regia and within walking distance to the center.

No parking on the premesis (additional EURO 20 per day!) Room pretty small for a suite and the price. Rather noisy inside due to poor insulation. Did not serve drinks or coffee in the afternoon.

The room was very clean and big. We got a sweet instead of normal room and that was a positive surprice for us. Breakfast was good.
