Hotel Bruman

The desk staff was very helpful and personable. The breakfast was ample as was the cappuccino. We were within walking distance of Regia de Caserta.

Free parking in city center. Friendly staff. Convenient location to sites.

Room was sparsely furnished.

The property was very clean and convenient. The front desk staff, I’m afraid I did not get her name, she was very friendly and professional!

Ok location within walking distance to the palace, helpful staff

Rooms need better cleaning - I found hairs everywhere. Also it’s 2024- wifi Internet should work in every room. It doesn’t

Location was great.Staff really helpful.Having the car park was perfect.Breakfast was good.

Some areas are a bit outdated.Nothing else.

Safe, free parking for the car. Located about 15-minute walk from the palace. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Staff helpful and friendly, looked after us during our stay. The room was a good size and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was ample. You chose what you would like the day before, a bit unusual, but it seems to work.

Nothing to dislike really.

Great location, fantastic staff, on site parking. Lovely breakfast.

Location was excellent.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke. Towels were threadbare. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

We wanted to stay outside Naples and still have access to it. This was a nice hotel, affordable, and easy train down into Naples itself.

Very helpful. Parking was great. Staff was courteous. Good breakfast

Hot water shut off for an hour in the morning

Parking was easy. Good location to visit castle.Mauro on the front desk is lovely and very helpful

Not exactly 4 star- rather grubby. Bed not that comfortable

Location.

The room wasn't clean, the curtains had a blood stain on them... The receptionist doesn't speak english, not even a one word. The breakfast was ok, but you have to choose the day before what you want to eat so that is a little bit inconvenient.

Location was great. Staff helpful and breakfast was included. Just a few minutes walk to Reggia di Caserta.

Amazing position, nice room, clean and with a safe private party.

Ordering the breakfast the night before is not an amazing idea and the choice wasn't huge, the double single bed instead of a real double bed it's also not ideal.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. It was close to downtown area.

It was located in a pretty dingy area of town. The room was clean but dated, and the curtains were old and torn. The breakfast was confusing. We were given a form to fill out with breakfast choices, but on the bottom it said “thank you for choosing to eat in your room”. We assumed it was for room service and did not fill it out. Next morning we went to the breakfast room only to find out that they only bring you the food you ordered on the form. So there was some cereal there which we could have… but no milk. The server was kind enough to take pity and bring us a small plate of sweet buns. But no coffee or anything. So take care to fill out your form ?

close to the Reggia Caserta, the hotel was parking inside and spacious rooms. the reception staff were helpful and friendly

-location-free parking-late check-in

- a little bit noise from street traffic- not enough shelves or hooks in the bathroom

Spacious and clean room. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast was of quite poor quality.

Locked in outdoor parking, central location, polite staff, gym

I wanted a place for an afternoon break where I could just shower, eat and take a 1 hour nap, but this wasn't the best place for that. The rooms aren't isolated so you hear everything happening at the reception, my apartment was full of hairs of various sizes, spider web in the corners and stains on the bed frame. I skipped the sleeping and just moved on.

Staff very nice. Free parking included in the city center is a big plus
