Hotel Viola

I really enjoyed that you could walk to the beach. Walking to town also wasn't that bad.

The hotel was clean and basic. Our booking stated a superior room and large balcony. Maybe the room we had was superior but it seemed to be quite small and basic and the balcony was small and overlooked the entrance to the hotel. However it was perfectly adequate. The location was good, near the town and very near the beach. However, the main plus of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

Although having cake for breakfast was a real treat and the cakes were plentiful and delicious by day 4 I really longed for a savory alternative as well. Very small complaint and I cannot believe I am complaining about too much cake!

Very friendly and supportive staff. Basic but satisfactory breakfast. Good location - close to the beach, and walking distance from city center.

Super location - close to the beach, close to the centre of the town

It took us over an hour to find a parking space as the hotel doesnt provide any parking spaces and you have to find it by yourself in town and pay around 15 a day for it. No breakfast buffet, you just pick some things you want the night before and they bring it to your table in the morning (no cooked options, quite limited). You can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. Overall too expensive for such experience

Very pleasant service, you can ask for anything you want, and you will also get all kinds of help. The hotel is very cozy and tidy, the breakfast is very tasty, Italian type. Beautiful view from the window. The location is also very good, everything is close.

nice small hotel 5 minutes away form beach and restaurants on the other side.receptionist was very nice and welcoming and even Russian speaking, she helped us to get room a bit earlier than check in time. all other stuff was great as well.Room was nice and very clean with small balcony.

just be aware that shower was a bit small and we did not find any hair dryer

1. People working there were super nice! 2. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach 3. Cafes and restaurants are close by 4. Room is quite big and there is a lot of storage

is very close to Serapo beach. It is often cleaned in the rooms. The staff is friendly.

The manageress/owner was extremely helpful, service and satisfaction-oriented and made sure we got everything we needed. I strongly recommend this hotel if niceness of the staff is more important that some other aspects that guest might usually expect. :-):-):-)

It had pictures online that implied traditional heating rather than a split system but it was a spilit system. But again, the manageress was extremely helpful and kind in resolving this problem. :-)
