Great location with on site parking. Delicious breakfast with meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, croissants, breads, and other options. Coffee made to order by a barista or you can use the Nespresso machine. The property is adjacent to the beach and has a designated area to rent an umbrella and chair for e30 a day ( 10e) reduction. Showers, changing room. Nice pool with chairs, u need a bathing cap. Pretty garden with fruit and flower trees.

They have weddings etc and get loud at night with fireworks late.

The hotel is perfectly situated along the sea with a short walk to the water. Nestled by Mount Orlando it is between the beach and Old Gaeta. They have free parking with an assigned spot. Many of the rooms face the sea with beautiful views. The complimentary breakfast includes ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, croissants, and a variety of fruit baked goods. You can get your own coffee or the waitresses will have the barista make you whatever you like! Sit outside and enjoy looking at the sun illuminating Gaeta! The rooms are super clean and ours was perfect with a very modern spacious bathroom with a queen bed and an extra single. Our balcony had a small table, chairs and a place to dry your bathing suits. The staff is very nice! There is an attached restaurant and bar if you choose to eat at the hotel.

It’s perfect!

Because this is off season most of the hotel was closed - doors to bars locked - to get to our room we had to go around and around -lovely property but can’t recommend in off season - very disturbing- they should either be open or not but not half and half - won’t be staying again.

Rooms look like your in a nursing home… first we got room 85 which was terrible for almost 150€ a night and not like the photos which they show you on booking. After complaining we got room 30 which was also old but much better then what we first got. Also at check in some staff don’t speak English and they didn’t tell us what’s the breakfast time or give us explanation about the private beach.

Location is perfect: right on the beach, nice garden, private beach and good parking system. I didn’t book the parking, yet, they facilitated me no problem.Bed was comfortable. Staff is lovely, accommodating, both at breakfast, bar and reception.

Facilities are antiquated. Apparently one side of the hotel is done up, but where I was staying was probably done in the 60. Yet, the price I paid was very very high. Breakfast non existent. Still served like during Covid with very poor choice of food. It felt like I was staying in an old folks home.

The hotel is very old, the facilities were awfull. The room was smal and dirty, sand on the floor, hairs on the shower, even pubic hairs in the toilet. The sound isolation was 0, you listen to the people in the other rooms like they were inside the room. The breakfast was poor, and none of the employes understand or speak english proprely. One of the worst experiences , in a hotel that i have in my life

Location a d beach is great!

The rooms were nice with comfortable space and bathroom. It was very clean with food service. The only issue was the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable .

It is located in front of the beach, and there are many restaurants by the beach.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are expensive and they don't rent beach towels.

Nothing Wish I could have stayed longer

The staff for breakfast was good . The staff at front desk were not so helpful, on arrival our balcony door was open and broken- could not lock and the pull for the shutters were also inoperable.

He told us to wait an hour for someone else but then the someone else was never present. He showed us another room but said no rate refund as it was no longer seaview. However that door at the balcony was locked shut and could not open it. We ended up staying in the original room after over an hour of shenanigans.

This is a good value, traditional Italian resort hotel, with large refurbished rooms, with a good bathroom. We had a great view of the sea. The breakfast was served on a lovely sea view terrace., and the options were good. We didn't get chance to use the pool, but the sea was amazing. Very warm, sandy, safe and shallow,

You had to ask for the breakfast items, and service was poor in the bar.

Bad door lock. Noisy air conditioner. Not clear where to pay check out. Not clear where our room was located. Not international breakfast. High price in comparison to the many other booking.com hotel we visited
