Beautiful property in great walkable location - 5 minute to beach, 30 minute to the vibrant, lakefront, old section of Gaeta.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Clean

The room fit my son and myself. But when I booked it stated twin bed for 1 person and forced me to book 2 rooms when my son and I could have stayed in one room… the issue with the beach. Book and umbrella and chairs when I went there were people in my spot complained and was told to move not to disturb the people.. so it was ok for me to move but not them.. the front desk didn’t call or advise me of any compensation until it was too late and still charged me for the rental. Even though I was not my fault and I was displaced all day.

Very good hotel, pleasant staff, and superb SPA! The beach and water are amazing, very clean and perfect place for snorkeling! We really enjoyed our stay!

It's close to the beach.

Very outdated rooms, not even close to 4* hotel experience. Pool is disappointing because you can't swim without a swimming hat and the water is cold.

Air conditioning in the room does not work; I alerted them four times to this and no-one did anything to help. Even the engineer couldn’t make my room colder than outside. Some members of staff were very rude. I asked to move room and was refused. The hotel is too expensive for poor quality service. They should not charge for parking on top of the high price. The breakfast buffet is disappointing- stale food left out too long.

The location is perfect because you are 5 minute walk from the beach & downtown. The hotel is lovely with park or beach views. The contiental breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, and coffee to order. The room was spacious with a balcony & really clean.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.Front Desk was amazing with accommodating my requests: I got a room on a higher floor with a wonderful view, tea cups and safe help were delivered promptly. The room was extremely clean, new furniture. Housekeeping lady was very friendly. Exceptional buffet breakfast..

Everything was great

The breakfast was very good, location very good.

The bed was SO uncomfortable- really hard and lumpy, hardly got a decent nights sleep all the time I was there. Noisy AC. Didn’t like that you had to pay to use the gym- that should be included.

Beach accessible. Little train collects from the front of the property to take to restaurants although they are within walking distance also

We were aware prior we had to wear swim hats in the outside pool. What an amazing experience, in fact we will always wear swim hats at other people’s from now on at other pools as we appreciate firstly the cleanliness of the pool but also how refreshing it was to have clean day hair!

Grand and clean - the housekeeping staff were wonderful and extremely kind!

The food in hotel was average and the staff felt a bit inconvenienced by us being in a large group.Pool/bar staff were extremely friendly and the concierge staff were also helpful whenever we needed guidance or advice.

The pool was looking a bit tired but was very clean. Swimming hats were required.

Great location, friendly staff who spoke English, very clean, large pool, bar at pool with sandwiches, hot and cold breakfast, easy and well priced parking, fridge in room, great spa,all around lovely!!!

There isn’t anything we were unhappy with. I was a little confused in the spa when I tried to re-enter the ladies locker room because there was not a sign to tell, which was the ladies and which was the men’s.

Location. Staff are nice polite.

Elevators are tiny. One of two was out of service. Breakfast was pathetic. Price was gouged on my opinion
