AC Hotel A Coruna

The hotel is clean and the staff gracious and helpful. A good value if you are wanting to visit A Coruña, but don't need to be on the beach.

The hotel parking is difficult to find and there is nowhere to park as you check in (and ask where the hotel parking is). Parking is difficult in A Coruña, so i left my car in the hotel garage for my visit and used taxis/public transportation during my stay. I was a bit disappointed in my car was swiped and scratched by someone in the garage.

Room was immaculately clean, the staff very polite and helpful and the downtown connection by public transports very close. cannot say much more, we did not have breakfast or used other facilities.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location for the concert was great. Lovely staff and Comfy room

It says restaurant on site. However the restaurant wasn’t open and room service was not available in the Saturday when we arrived

Normal price Clean room

Dirty outside No interest in guests needs Polite people but no room service

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice atmosphere

Cant recall

Very clean. Staff is very kind and hospital

No kettle in the room

Very comfy rooms, excellent staff and near to restaurants.

Everything was perfect.

The staff are wonderful, but not enough of them! And the water pressure.

The bed was lumpy. 3 pillows for 2 people. We were only allowed ONE bottle of water in 3 days, for 2 people. Broken iron. Other people's hair on my towel. No change of sheets in 3 days. Bar closed Friday and Saturday and Sunday. "Citrus" shampoo and body wash are not citrus. They charge for parking.

Noce clean hotel

Our stay was disappointing for the foll reasons:1. Toilets without locks. We had our teenage boys share a room and this issue caused a lot of inconvenience. Locks on toilets should be an option. It is up to the guests to use or not use them2. We had 2 double rooms. We were provided 2 single beds set side by side (not a problem). But the beds were not secured together. The beds would slide away during the night leaving a gap between the beds. I had to wake up a few times to push them togther again3. No water kettle and cofffee. This may not have been part of the offer. But nonetheless this is something that is offered in every hotel we have stayed. Seems like a very basic requirement.

The room was very comfortable, quiet with great beds. The bathroom was very luxurious and spacious. Breakfast was great too. ?

No stairs. Gym was very basic and had no proper mats for floor exercises.

Reasonable price, clean.

It was a good area.

The male receptionist who checked us in spoke English, which we greatly appreciated, and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. He was so professional and represented the company well.

Nothing!

Very clean, super helpful staff, good breakfast. I like the AC Lounge as a place to work from during the day. The wifi was fast.

The rooms were a little warm for me and the A/C was disabled

Very good location from every aspects and room is very spacious and clean.. Breakfast is perfect. Most importantly, all staff is very professional and super friendly. want to come again.

Coffee was great. Clean rooms. Nice staff.

The tuna “tosta” wasn’t worth it at all. Neither was the tomato and sardine salad.

Habitación confortable con amenities. Moderna y limpia

Everything! I felt at home! From the time of checking-in to the moment of checking-out, my entire stay has been just perfect! The room was super comfy, the bed was one of the best I slept on, the restaurant, the staff, the location..it was a perfect stay!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. Although the best was the wifi - very fast speed and plenty of bandwidth to work.

(January 2023) The first room I was given was like an ice-box. However, the staff were extremely good and found another room on the other side of the building and which was considerably warmer (heating on, of course). The rooms are spacious, clean and quite pleasant.Wifi was very good.

Breakfast wasn't great. Pretty mediocre I would say for a four-star hotel. You can get similar beakfasts at budget hotels. Also, I hated hated hated the music in the breakfast room, which I found too loud and too intrusive for that time in the morning. I prefer a more silent, complentative breakfast experience! I beg, please either turn it down to about 10% of its current volume, or switch it off completely.

Clean, overall uncomplicated and great location. Staff is prompt and professional.
