Pros +
- Close to the beach, the view from our room was great. Close to transportation. Clean room and very nice staff.
- Very kind staff and the restaurant downstairs is super practical and a good price.
- I love the fact that it was right across from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a problem in the bathroom where the showerheads did not fit and my room also had a telephone that didn’t work. But all in all I thought the hotel was cute and clean and well located.
Cons -
- So far, everything good.
- There's nowhere to put the suitcases and something bit my wife at night...a bedbug.
- Room decoration was very simple and old. Pictures are better than the real room. mattress was not so comfortable, There was no hair dryer. The bidet was right behind the door and if you're not careful you could knock your leg on it. The towels were onion skin thin and coarse!Breakfast was simple and served, not a buffet. Limited choices. Coffee or tea, croissant or cake or toast. It was enough for me as a girl but didn't fill up my boyfriend.

good location.

Very basic, old and simple hotel. For the price almost fair. Great location. OK for one night stay. Nice staff. Glad one employee could speak English and she gave us good recommendation for visiting the city.

Good location on the waterfront. We walked along the promenade to the Herculus Tower. Beautiful views. We parked in the side street before checking in and the receptionist told us it was safe to leave it there. Otherwise there would have been a carpark nearby to leave the car.
It was a bit noisy as it is on the main street.
A nice hotel close to the centre. Breakfast was not included but could be purchased at the hotels restaurant. Car parking is close by in the underground car park. This costs 7 euros a day. Tell them where you are staying as it is a special rate.
Family hotel and restaurant; Eva - who speaks good English - and her grandmother were lovely. Room basic but clean and the onsite restaurant is open throughout the day and evening, 7 days a week, serving delicious, authentic and reasonably priced Spanish/Galician cuisine. The location is perfect for the A Coruna promenade.
Parking. Whilst it is only 5 minutes walk to nearby secure underground car park, this is a long way with heavy cases. Moreover, the ramps are so steep that I was unable to stop the skirt at the front of my vehicle from catching when both entering and exiting.
The staff are really lovely and helpful. It is located in easy walk of the town and the beach. You can see the sea.
It is not the hotels fault that the neighbouring room were awake all night - but it does show how poor the sound inusltion between rooms is. Bathrooms are next to your head of the other side of the wall - so you hear everything - and the plumbing is very old and loud!I would not bother paying for the breakfast. There is a lovely beachside cafe just a 5 minute walk away.
The room was clean. It’s right next to the beach. The staff are generally helpful but not overly interested
The hotel is pretty dated. The bathroom cramped. The facilities in the room dated and in need of refurbishment.
Old, cheap hotel with bedding to match.
Room, bedding, hotel interior noise level
The location is good. Easy walk to the beach and all of the sights.
Very small room. We had breakfast included, it was okay one day but very poor the next. Shower didn’t work properly in our room.
The location and the staff were great. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice and good portions.
It was very clean and it had great views of the sea.
The front desk wasn't very accommodating and the walls are very thin so I could hear absolutely everything going on around me...
Carlos at Reception was phenomenal. Not only did he carry our very heavy & oversized luggage up the stairs to level 1, he also organised for us to check in two hours earlier as he went out of his way to enquire info with cleaning staff! He also gave detailed info about the daily hotel menu! Credit to Carlos!
Very clean room and some of the staff was very friendly
The hotel closes at 10 PM and sometimes it takes a long time for them to open the door, no digital key and they turn off the hallway lights, the owner was very rude and impolite when we got there late one night, the girl at the restaurant was amazing but they are understaffed and that caused a delay on being served
Price and room and location. All fantastic. Great location and close to beach. Good staff. wE were ver pleasantly surprised adn will be going again.
Location. Easy access to waterfront and downtown.
Room smelled old, moldy, and as if someone had smoked cigarettes in it.
Good location. Nice spacious room. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Would return.
Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean
Bit dated in style. Room felt damp
