- Friendly polity staff. Very clean rooms. Very close to train station. Restaurant on site and near by places to by some snacks and fruit.
- The bed was really comfortable, the staff was really helpful when finding parking, and the place was really quiet, loved it.
- SMELLY AND VERY NOISY NEIGHBOURHOOD
Cons -
- TERRIBLE SMELL FROM THE NEAR BEER FACTORY.OBLIGED TO SEALED THE ROOM THEN SURPRISE THE SMELL COME BACK INTO THE ROOM FROM THE TOILETS AND THE SINK.IF YOU THEN OPEN THE WINDOW TO TRY TO REDUCE THE SMELL YOU ARE "HAMMERED" ALL 24/7 WITH NOISES FROM THE FACTORY ESPECIALLY THE CONTINUOUS BEEPS FROM THE TRUCKS AND THE FORKLIFTS THAT ARE MANOEUVRING ALL NIGHT LONGTHE OPERATOR AT THE DESK THE FOLLOWING MORNING TRIED DENIED THE EVIDENCE THAT IS I THINK VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WE WERE 4 COLLEAGUES WE ALL HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE
- The TV was positioned to the side, making it uncomfortable to watch, and there was no way to turn or adjust it for a better view. If stay during holidays or week end, best to eat in the city as not many places open around the hotel for food.
- Better Gym. Perhaps a spa?

The location for me was very good, not far away from the center, like a 20 min walk. Quite place. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean with good noise isolation, you cannot hear the neighbors. AC is working. They have blackout curtains. There is a pretty good cafe in the same building, where you can rest after a day. This is a good hotel, I totally recommend staying there. And by the way, there is a Estrella Galicia factory nearby with a great museum and degustation room ?
The room we had was spacious i believe it was a premium room though. Confortable beds and clean

I had a great private room with a wonderful balcony. Spacious room. Great Views of the city, the Estrella Galicia Museum and the surrounding country. The Reception staff were exceptional! Very charming, patient and helpful.
Better Gym. Perhaps a spa?
The facility needs renovation. The bed linen and towels are very old.
Lighting unmeangable
Breakfast, dinner at restaurant
Bed cover far too hot for room temperature. No alternative lighter bed covers available.
Very comfortable, spacious rooms and the restaurant was very nice.I loved that they have water filters where you can refill your reusable bottles!!!
Everything was great
Friendly staff. Nice, spacious rooms. Has its own parking which was empty when I stayed there. Huge parking spots, you could probably squeeze 2 cars in one space.
It's a bit out of the way from most points of interest in the city, but you know that when you are booking it.
Main complaint was first night inside the hotel complex a xmas party was allowed that woke me up at midnight with dance music when i was on the 2 floor! I went to reception at 1230 and was told would stop at 1am, it did not so went down again and was told 01:30 when it did finally stop. I was very angry a hotel would allow a DJ with PA system to wake up their own guests. I did get some compensation when i complained the next day but still find the whole experience extremely rude and unforgivable. The room was lovely and the staff very friendly. The location is in an industrial area but walking distance to the centre and railway station. There are not any restaurants that i saw , but a Burger King and MacDonalds if desperate. I stayed as walking distance to coliseum. I only wanted coffee in morning but was sent to bar to purchase , where the surly grumpy staff confused me so much i went to nearby cafe instead.
meh it was okay, did the job but no fond memories.
location, very good breakfast restaurant around.
A bit too noisy when cleaning neighbour rooms.
Staff were friendly and the hotel is clean. A good option for a night or business travel. Room was bigger then expected.
Clean large room with good air con black out. Very helpful staff. Great breaks
The beds are so comfy in Ibis! And it was immaculate. The people on reception were extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting Mega
The messages thru Booking requesting that we check in online are wordy but actually say nothing about how to? They refer you to paragrafi 4 of the Terms and Conditions but without a link.... it was impossible to find the Terms and Conditions- so it was pointless and annoying.Later, a more understandable email arrived, so I think it would be better not to send the message
Nice building, parking on-site, easy to find. 40 min walk from the centre, or about a 7€ taxi ride. Rooms are big and nicely equipped. Staff was okay and it was comfortable.
The showerhead couldn't be locked in place, lots of noise from other rooms.
Very good
Dog friendly hotel but owners have to eat outside on the terras (in the cold).
Our room was great, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space to have a cot and move around without issues. The bathroom was as well great, they even provided a bathtub for the baby (and we didn’t even request it, fantastic). Loved the hairdryer was not the typical oldie but a powerful one. In regards to the breakfast, it was lovely, specially the rustic bread and the granola. The children playing area is a lifesaver if you want to enjoy a long breakfast while the kids play. There are two parkings, only a few places outside for free and a paying interior one.The staff members at reception were super nice and helpful giving instructions on transportation and other facilities. This is a great hotel for families that want to avoid the traffic of La Coruña.
Our room had a lovely terrace that we couldn’t really enjoy because the chairs had no cushions and they were quite dusty. While this was not a problem, as soon as our son saw the terrace he only wanted to go out there and we couldn’t lock the door, so we would suggest the hotel to put some security there in case they have families with young children.Since the hotel is slightly on the outskirts of the city, the bus takes quite a detour and takes about 25’; I would suggest people to take a taxi to the centre instead (7€) - obviously, this is not the hotel’s issue.
Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff nice room
A bit far from the action
For us, the location was great because we could walk to the train station (or you could go by a short taxi ride). The city bus (#11) stopped half a block away from the hotel and took us to the Torre Hercules (about 45 minutes bus ride). There’s a couple of restaurants/bars in the same block as the hotel. The room was clean, pleasant, and quite spacious (shower and bathtub).
It’s far from downtown and the waterfront. Though an easy bus ride to get to those areas, it’s about 45 minutes (during rush hour, at least).
