No value for money. The room was very small. I arrived around 11.30 at night with two suitcases and no one from the staff came to help me carry them in, absolute disregard. In general, the staff was not as attentive.

Lack of maintenance. The suite's shape was very unconfortable. The spa at the room didn't work properly. I heard some mechanic noises at night, as if someone would be working with a vacuum.

Very helpful staff, lovely spa and not too far from the train station.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and will continue to go back. The hotel is modern, clean, convenient, and the staff is both professional and friendly. Thank you Iria and Alvaro especially!

Wasnt good

We have always stayed in this hotel since 2-3 years. This was the worst room we ever stayed. The wardrobe was in the bathroom. The AC was too loud and hard to operate. The lavatory tap was located in a difficult position. We couldn’t ask for a change because we were too tired from work trips.

We booked a room with double bed but they gave us a room with 3 single beds, 2 of them were put together. When I asked for change of room they said all rooms are full. I saw that the room next to my room was empty. We stayed there for 3 nights but everytime I asked they said the rooms are full, although I could see that the room next door was being re-booked to someone else every night.

Hotel was very nice, good staff, nice big room, all amenities, decent location (not an issue for me, but about 20mins walk to the central restaurant areas and main beaches)

A bit of a delay checking in, advised we could check in early as on early flight, but didn't work out.

Bathroom with glass panel, didn’t offer enough privacy

I was assigned an interior room as that's the layout of the hotel. When I requested a change, the staff was super helpful and immediately checked the ability to upgrade to a superior room, to get a first floor room that exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect as it is very central, and the bed was super comfortable to sleep in.

Location was good for access to bus and trains, shops and restaurants. Lovely shower in the room and comfortable bed.

The room we had was too noisy from night time traffic. 4 star hotel and no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I might think about staying again but not in the same room.
