Needs improvement.

Service and room layout. Bath shower to small and tight. Uncomfortable bed with sharp corners. Non hospitable staff.n

Easy check-in process. Small but comfortable and clean room, it had everything I needed. Location was great: walking distance to pretty much all places to visit, but in a quiet area. Very good breakfast.

Nothing to complain, place was great and would definitely recommend it for leisure trips to A Coruña.

Lovely smaller hotel in renovated building near to the promenade. Clean, great staff - very helpful. Quiet considering in city center. Parking available nearby. Elevator nice touch. Good breakfast.

All was great, internet connection was spotty.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Lois as we walked the Camino Ingles. The hotel is centrally located in A Coruna and offers great value for money. The Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very good location in the center of the city, close to every interesting spot and beaches. The room is very clean , spacious and comfortable with modern facilities. The staff are very friendly and nice to let check in early whenever the room is ready.

Clean place in a very good location, ten minutes from the old town. Friendly staff and good value for money.

The location is very good. Great restaurants on the same road. Very close to the sea and also the harbour where the bus stops were for our onward journey.

The room was a bit small with little space around the bed for two people to walk . Quite dark too in the room and the wifi was very poor.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and for an overnight stay in A Coruna the location is superb.

The only complaint was that the configuration of the room meant that moving around the bed caused difficulty. My partner caught her leg on the bed base which had an unprotected hard corner.

The proximity to the center and bars and restaurants.

The room had a strong smell of perfume or cleaning supplies.

We had a lovely spacious room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection and proper coffee. There is a bar and restaurant which served excellent food and wines.It is a short walk from a carpark which gives discount to hotel guests.

My room was right next to the elevator so sometimes it was a bit noisy, but I didn’t mind it much!

The breakfast was disappointing for a hotel that has a restaurant in it. Just needs a coffee machine and juice machine so guests can help themselves and more choices.

The hotel is in the center of the city and perfect for any need. Taxi service at two minutes from the hotel . The restaurant Alpendre , 3 minutes far from the hotel was a good choice

The room was very small and dark , reason why the price for me it is too high

Good sized room, impeccable and located in the heart of the city. The restaurant was also outstanding. We arrived an hour before the check-in time and our room was ready. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The insulation of the room could be improved. It's a busy and noisy area.
